Ascent Energy Services Reviews

Very competent and friendly installer Jason Metcalfe sorted out my new charger. Was able to have a good technical discussion because I had a solar system set up so needed a bunch of busy body questions answering lol. Jason humoured me, thanks mate

The installation of my ev charger was a very good experience & was all down to the installer from ascent-energy, Jason Metcalfe. Jason was fantastic, he was very helpful, efficient, TIDY & very informative about the charger he installed!!! I wish all tradesmen were as helpful, prompt & as efficient as Jason. I would highly recommend ascent- energy & Jason for your electrical work!!

I must highly recommend Ascent Energy Services. Their installer, Owen Collins, provided service that went above and beyond expectations.

Despite very poor weather and some tricky challenges, Owen remained very patient, professional and determined to deliver an excellent result. The EV charger is very professionally installed, all wiring is neat and tidy with the workspace left very clean. He took the time to help me set up the app on my phone and explain how everything works so I knew how to use it all right away!

Throughout the visit, Owen was polite, informative and respectful of my home, demonstrably taking (well-earned) pride in his work. Excellent workmanship and first-class customer service from those back at the office too. Ascent Energy Services are fortunate to have a professional like Owen on their team.
