Andrew did the installation swift and with clear communication. After the installation cleaned the area with his vacuum. The first engineer to clean up after himself. Superb!

Would highly recommend

Andrew Kent was install engineer. Absolutely fantastic job, helped set up app and fully demonstrated how everything worked. All tested and good. Did a very neat job on the cabling and even vacuumed the install area. A really nice guy and a great ambassador for your company.

Owen was great. Arrived promptly, sorted an issue (caused by Ohme) via the office & completed the work well & with good humour. He left us with his contact details in case of any further issues/questions & checked in a few days after installation to ensure everything was working properly.

I recently had my electric car charger installed by a young engineer from Ascent (Owen), and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

He arrived right on time, was friendly, polite, and professional from the moment he arrived. He was also bilingual, which was a lovely bonus. He patiently helped me set up the charger’s app and made sure I understood everything before he left.

What really stood out was how thoughtful and considerate he was. Before coming into my living room to access the fuse box, he asked if I’d like him to remove his work shoes. It’s little acts of courtesy like that which really leave a lasting impression.

The installation was carried out neatly and efficiently, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. A genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you to Ascent for such excellent service—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Andrew was great, definitely not an easy install but he was really helpful, neat and tidy, explained everything really well. Good experience all round cheers!
