Ascent Energy Services Reviews

Jason was our installer, and he was excellent. Kept us informed throughout the process and made everything easy to understand. Fantastic service, thank you!

Quick, tidy and easy

Dan from Ascent Energy Services fitted our Ohme charger today. He was so professional and friendly and went above and beyond, working so hard in the heatwave and ensuring we knew what he was doing every step of the way. He talked us through how to use the charger and left us with no questions at all.
Very satisfied. Dan is a credit to your company.

Phil was exceptional
Arrived on time
Great communication skills, explaining everything to us to ensure we are ready to use when our new car arrives.
We had a few teething issues with connectivity to Octopus and he popped back 48 hours later to get it resolved. Excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The installation went very smoothly. Jason Metcalfe arrived on time and we discussed the best route for the charging cable: not easy with stone steps in the way. A very hot day but Jason didn’t complain. He helped me set up the app and explained the charging procedure very well.

Dan was polite professional and very tidy.
I would highly recommend him.
A credit to the company.

Superb. Andrew who fitted my charger was really knowledgeable and got me set up really quickly. Even helped me get set up on the app and got the charger fitted in a very specific location. Thanks.

Andrew was wonderful, friendly professional and very informative about the product.

Jason metcalfe was quick, efficient and very tidy. Turned up on time and left everything tidy.
Would 100% recommend

My engineer, Andrew, was very helpful & informative. Taught me how to use the app & talked me thru the changes he’d made to my consumer unit. Great experience!

Great and clean service

Great service at every interaction. Communication was great, the team that installed the charger were brilliant. Respectful, polite and incredibly clean and tidy. Nothing was to much trouble for them. A credit to the organisation.

Amazing work done on the install of the EV charger . Looks exceptionally on the wall. Jason Goldberg was brilliant! Highly recommend getting the install by him.

Very efficient and focused. Reviewed installation plan on site and adapted accordingly. Improved result in my opinion.
Friendly and helpful and a real tidy job.

Dan our engineer turned up on time and did a thoroughly professional job and cleaned up after himself. He was a pleasant and knowledgeable chap who assisted me in connecting to the relevant apps. I would recommend Ascent to anybody.

Ascent ES (Leon) did a fabulous job for us in the most professional way possible. Katie managed the job for us and like Leon was professional and personable. We Unreservedly and highly recommended Ascent ES ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a great job.
Dan messaged before arrival, explained the job in detail and at each step. He was empathetic of people working from home and turning off appliances before shutting the electric down. He was very thorough with cleaning up and explaining the app and set up afterwards. A very polite man and a great job from start to finish. The install looks incredibly neat too. Thank you.

Andrew was brilliant, really helpful and knowledgeable

Excellent service from start to finish. The Team at Ascent Energy were extremely friendly and accommodating to provide an installation date which suited me. The EV charger installation was carried out professionally, efficiently, and to a very high standard. The installer was knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly and double checked I was happy with the location of the equipment before installing it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free EV charger installation. Also all the necessary electrical test and installation certification has been received extremely quickly.

EV installation was easy to book with Ascent. Our installation was completed by Owen who provided an absolutely flawless, five-star home EV charger installation from start to finish. He arrived exactly on time and demonstrated incredible forward-thinking when handling our setup. We plan to convert our garage into a kitchen-diner in the future, and Owen strategically ran and hid the cabling so that our future home renovations will not be disrupted. He expertly installed our Ohme tethered 8m charger, ensuring placement gave maximum reach across the driveway. After finishing the exceptionally neat job, he left the workspace completely spotless and patiently walked me through the smartphone app setup. Owen is polite, highly skilled, and professional - From my experience, I cannot recommend Ascent enough for any home EV installation. Diolch yn fawr!
