Great service from Owen. Arrived on time, very friendly, explained the options for the installation, resolved a couple of issues that came up and completed the job very neatly and left everything tidy. Would definitely recommend to other people.

I had a young pilot man (Owen) call round explaining everything about how and what he was fitting, at every step he made sure I was happy with it. Very knowledgeable when I was asking questions. Very happy with the supply and fit.

The service was excellent. Andrew did a great job of explaining the work that was being carried out, was friendly throughout and then helped me set up the app once the EV charger had been installed.

Had Jason Metcalfe from Ascent Energy Services round today to fit an EV charger and honestly couldn't be happier. Turned up on time, super friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Talked us through the whole process, got on with the job without any fuss, and cleaned up after himself too.

Charger's working a treat and we're really pleased with how it looks. You can tell Ascent Energy Services actually care about doing a good job, and Jason went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything before heading off.

Would 100% recommend Jason and the AscentEnergy team to anyone thinking about getting a charger fitted.

Andrew installed my EV charger on 20th August 2026. Andrew was first class to deal wth and left a neat and tidy job. I’d highly recommend.

Andrew arrived on time, explained everything that was going to happen in relation to the install and kept me updated as he was going along. Installation went very smoothly and work site was cleaned up once the install was complete. Took the time to run through the operation of the charger and happy to answer any questions. Thoroughly top bloke!

Andrew was extremely professional, listened to what the customer needed and explained everything very well.

Never even got to the installation of my home charger. They get you to perform the pre installation checks by sending pictures and videos and downloading it onto a chat. They take ages to respond and don’t read messages. Even though you send them proof, this gets ignored and they insist on applying an additional charge of £220 for something that doesn’t need doing. Avoid at all costs

Had a pod charger fitted by Owen and he was great, punctual, helpful and informative.
He listened and fitted it where we wanted it to go and also fitted the wires in a discreet position, and not just running externally as commonly fitted.

I had an EV charger fitted by Jason Metcalfe and was very pleased with the installation. Jason was very professional and showed me how to use the charger and the App. I would highly recommend Ascent and Jason.
