Ohme Pro

Excellent service from start to finish. Andrew installed our EV charger efficiently and professionally, explained everything clearly and left the area neat and tidy. He was friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. We’re very happy with the installation and would definitely recommend his services.

Andrew, the engineer provided a fantastic service. He was on time and took the time to explain in detail how the install was going to look and how to operate the charger. Made sure cables were all hidden and charger positioned correctly. Would 100% recommend Andrew and Ascent again.

First class installation by Jason Metcalfe

Superb installation, clean tidy, on time and everything thoroughly explained. Highly recommend.

Massive thank you to Jason Metcalfe for a very professional installation. Jason was friendly, helpful and courteous. The installation was neat, tidy and great care was taken in drilling and routing the necessary cables. The fit and finish on the indoor work as well is first rate. We are delighted. Thank you.

Andrew did a fantastic job. Explained everything really well & left everything neat & tidy. Installation looks good.

I received top, top customer service and support from the team at Ascent.
I had my install carried out way back in 2024 and this was really positive and met all of my requests.
The unit that was supplied started to become faulty inside of 12 months and the supplier really just refused to help support me...this is when the team at Ascent really made a big difference and I feel lucky that I had chosen them to install this unit.
They took time on the phone and in person to help resolve the issues that I had and nothing was too much trouble, the team constantly put the customer at the heart of their decision making.
It didn’t matter if I was dealing with Sam in Operations, Greg – the Director or Phil the Electrical Engineer, they all had the same goal- to resolve the issue and give a positive outcome.
Dealing with the company gave me an insight to how they deal with things and these guys do more than they have to and go beyond what is contracted, to make things work for their customers.
I cannot speak more highly of the experience that I had with Ascent and this review comes some months after the work was completed in March, I wanted make sure that I still felt the same and the new charging unit was performing consistently. I can defiantly say yes to both! *****FIVE STARS*****

Jason Metcalfe was prompt, very professional & explained everything we needed to know.

Andrew install the charger for me , everything was perfect and lean.

Had an issue with my charger and received first class customer service from Chris and Curtis.

Jason was great. Great communication when he was arriving. Would hardly have know he was here very tidy cabling and he even tidied up the cables that has been a bit of a mess since we brought the house 20 years ago. Looks brilliant.

Install of an EV charger. Andrew took the time to talk me through every part of the installation, patient and friendly / helpful. The install wasn’t straight forward however Andrew found a way with some perseverance! I’d hope any future engineers are as good as you! Thanks very much. Highly recommend

The operative, Andrew, was polite, efficient and patient to answer any questions and to explain processes.

Owen explained everything that would be happening with my EV charger install. He was very respectful to my home, taking his shoes off as he entered and cleared all signs of any work both inside and outside my home. I would happily recommend Owen.

We just had our ev charger installed by Andrew - he was amazing at working out a complicated install. With minimum disturbance he managed to wire our cable from the centre of our house. Very neat and tidy job. Would highly recommend Andrew and the company.
