I recently engaged Colin Virgo from LockRite to supply and fit 3 Anti-Snap Thumbturn locks, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

Tremendous service from Carl at LockRite.
My multi-point front door mechanism suddenly stopped working.
Contacted Carl who came on his way home from another job because I couldn't lock my front door.
Carl was calm and reassuring despite my fluster. Needed to order a replacement part but set me up a temporary locking solution.
Phoned me next day when replacement part delivered and returned to fit new mechanism.

Ian was very friendly and helpful. He not only changed the lock for us, but also fixed the door that was getting caught at the top.

I must say a thorough professional, who completes the job to a very high standard. He did not leave till we were satisfied with the work. I found Ian a attention to detail person who is not satisfied till the job is done properly.

Overall very happy with the work and would highly recommend if you ever need locks changing.

Steve - the Locksmith who came out today is very professional.
We’ve had him previously to replace Front door lock and repair patio door lock.
This time it was a replacement lock on our neighbour’s Back door.
He texted to say his ETA and was bang ontime - he opened the door (key was broken inside lock) and fitted new replacement lock.
Very clean and tidy workmanship - I’ll definitely recommend him.

Chris was brilliant, from the first call to the final invoice.

When I first contacted him about a jammed lock on my beach hut he gave me a couple of tips to see if I could fix it myself. This wasn't successful so we arranged to meet.

Chris was at the arranged place bang on time. Really pleasant (proper handshake) guy.

Managed to get into the hut with no damage, then replaced the lock, no hassle, no fuss.

Highly recommend, would definitely use again if I had to.

We needed a new lock for our front door to replace a very old not particularly secure lock. Simon from LockRite was recommended to us by a neighbour who had used him previously. Simon was excellent from the start, he communicated concisely from the moment of contact explaining things clearly giving a number of options that varied in budget and levels of security once I had sent him photos of the current lock. He contacted me prior to arrival and fitted the lock as discussed prior to fitting. Simon fitted quickly and efficiently and also upgraded the lock to include extra security as well as providing 2 extra keys (5 in total) at no extra cost.
I would thoroughly recommend Simon and LockRite.

John has been exceedingly polite, reliable and efficient. He removed and replaced a mortice lock for me and I am very pleased with the result.

Contacted Freddie on the website number for the Louth, Lincs area about 3.30pm. My elderly parents back door would not lock and the were very nervous about leaving the door unlocked during the night. Freddie responded quickly and assured me he would attend by early evening at the latest. He arrived about 6pm and by 8pm had fitted a new locking system and secured the door, all for a very reasonable price. He was extremely courteous to my parents and kept me informed throughout. I would have not doubts whatsoever in recommending Freddie to anyone in the area who needs a locksmith. He provided a quality service.

Matthew was friendly, professional & even came a day earlier due to an emergency call out not far away. He was efficient & even noticed a couple of issue with my door ms which he tried to sort out for me. Would definitely recommend people to use Matthew. Colin helped my elderly parents, when they couldn't lock their door, he was super helpful and charged the quoted price, with no hidden charges, he was very prompt, clearly knows what he is doing, even hoovered up when the job was completed, I would wholeheartedly recommend Colin.

My son had an issue with the front door while we were out of the country. Between him and my FiL they arranged for Al to come out, apparently he was at the house within 1/2 an hour. Al temporarily fixed the issue and got the new bits ordered.
Al came back and fitted parts as discussed ( and even straightened the door out)
Very happy with service.
Would 100 percent recommend.
