Easy process to book service date with the customer service centre and our regular engineer Gary Smith turned up on the agreed date and time and carried out the service with no interruption to the other activities taking place on the sports ground that day. Gary is an extremely helpful and knowledgeable engineer who is a pleasure to work with. We find it very beneficial having the same regular engineer as Gary knows the layout of the premises and the location of all the sensors and detectors installed. Gary is a credit to your company and it is a pleasure to have him as our engineer to work with.

We have been customers for many years and have always found Chubb to be approachable and efficient. A big plus is that there is always someone on the end of the telephone to answer queries. Appointments are well organised and on time. Several engineers have visited to conduct servicing over the years and they have been extremely thorough. The odd call out has been dealt with extremely quickly. We also appreciate the fact that staff are sensitive to the need for value for money.

Excellent service from your Engineers to maintain

New Fob for our alarm system needed coding into the system . Great phone help from Ishia in the call Centre . Lee the engineer was beyond patient with taking me through this on the phone .

Your representative came earlier than the appt time and left two new extinguishers . I do not know what else he did as he had left when I returned at the time agreed for his visit. He seems to have taken away two older extinguishers, for which I was not consulted .

Engineer arrived nice and early, was polite and extremely helpful.

Phoned regarding a fault message on the system which could only be repaired by a technician.
The technician called at our door within 30 minutes! Problem solved in a further 15 minutes.
