What seemed like a big problem to me was dealt with very easily by Alex. He sorted it out there and then. There is nothing like specialist knowledge accompanied by generous willingness to give tips and advice for the future

Alex is efficient, very knowledgeable and always ready to be helpful. He has been helping me now for over 10 years with my Macbook Air installing printer drivers and adjusting the font size so that I can read the tet. He usually fixes this all with Team Viewer which works very well. If he doesn't immediately have a solution he knows how to find one. I r4eccomend him highly.

I was at a loss when the fan in my laptop stopped working, so I contacted this shop. Alex was extremely polite and quickly identified and fixed the issue. The cost was also very reasonable. I truly appreciate his professional work.

With everything I need for smooth running and safe backups & protection. Patient, efficient, helpful, making the changes painless for me! Alex replaced a broken PSU in my PC. He explained everything, was upfront with pricing, did a really neat job and also cleaned up all the dust in the case. He did a great job and I would happily use again.
