Excellente structure/Great company
- Professionnelle, consciencieuse, le souci de l'autre. Tels sont les caractéristiques du personnel de cette structure. Je ne m'attendais pas à une livraison aussi rapide. Le seul défaut, la FedEx ne m'avait pas laissé une estimation du coût de la douane. Heureusement que je suis toujours mes colis et je suis allé chercher les infos et payer la somme due en ligne.
Sinon tout le reste est bon.

But the only flaw was FedEx had not left me an estimate of the cost of customs. Fortunely, I'm still following my packages and I went to get the info and pay the amount due online.

We accept the error with your shipment and we admitted that we got the order wrong on this occasion to you during a recent telephone conversation. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Firstly let me state that we sent out 2 boxes of Proxeed Women (Red Boxes) and then in error sent 4 boxes of Proxeed Men (Blue Boxes) as per our discussion today as stated by you. According to the order it was for 4 boxes and not 6 boxes.
We have today reshipped your order for 4 boxes of Proxeed Women (Red Boxes) and it should be with you on Monday.
