LogoPerfecto was very patient with us, and gave us a website we are very happy with! They built us a website for our marine detailing company and we are super excited to see how much the website helps us get more clients. I say they were super patient with us because we were in the middle of getting a business up and running. Having a website built wasn't our top priority at the time, so with us not answering their emails everyday or even every week, we truly appreciate their patience with us. They were a huge help!

LogoPerfecto.com did exactly what I needed, but Frank J. one of their account managers and James M. with their customer support & marketing for LogoPerfecto.com was assigned to design and create my logo and to build my website for ConstructionFab did a superb job and were talented, helpful and very accommodating to work with.

Robert Jones at LogoPerfecto.com has been outstanding to work with. His team originally built my website, and when I recently needed help fixing it, Robert stepped right back in with professionalism and care. He explained the issues clearly, fixed them promptly, and made sure everything was running smoothly. I truly appreciate his dedication and the level of service I received. Highly recommend LogoPerfecto.com for anyone who values both expertise and reliability!

This is a scam company! They do not do what they say! Avoid At All Costs!!!

Good service carried out in timely fashion, customer support did a good job walking me through the whole process for what i wanted.

Say they can do one thing, and still they have not produced. it still looks amature and non-engaging. Robert does not follow directions well and pretends that he has followed all instructions for Website. Spelling mistakes, multiple emails for fixing the same issues over and over again. We are a new business, and we are losing money due to their incompetence. He asked me to give him a chance 🤣 I would say 6 months for a simple overpriced website that still doesn’t work is enough of a chance. Last Friday I had finally had enough of Roberts incompetence and I finally fired him. You want to know how long they have been working on our simple page? February 2025. Looks like there are a lot of others receiving the same “service” do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. I am going to sue this little turd losses and non delivery. Ignoring texts and emails won’t let you escape my wrath Robert!!

Great job with our logo and website needs.

I paid over $300 for a logo and branding package and requested a standard copyright transfer—fully expecting industry-standard rights. Instead, LogoPerfecto ignored my repeated professional emails, told me they’d “send it back today” and “pass it to a manager,” then eventually delivered a typed, unsigned “agreement” riddled with errors and entirely invalid.

They repeatedly contacted me after I expressly asked for email-only communication, showing blatant disregard for boundaries. Their misrepresentation of authority—claiming to be “just an employee” and then acting as though they had signing power—makes the whole experience feel like a serious bait‑and‑switch.

The filmmakers of this fiasco:

Failed to deliver legal rights, making the work unusable.

Ignored all deadlines.

Refused to sign or even offer a valid license after multiple attempts.

Ignored my cease-and-desist notice, calling and texting anyway.

I’ve referred the chargeback to my bank and deleted all files under my control so as not to infringe on a copyright I paid for but was never transferred. I also preserved every email and text for documentation—so if you hire them, do the same. I strongly advise avoiding LogoPerfecto unless you enjoy being stranded with unusable designs and unfulfilled promises.

What started off exciting has turned into a complete emotional and stressful deflation. Robert has NO integrity and I'm pretty sure this is his company. He is the master at procrastination to prolong emails to the next week. Communication has been limited due to demand and their overloaded project schedule. To say the least, I have waisted money and time that I cannot get back. They lack creativity and in my case we gave them the entire BLUE PRINT from old website because we are rebranding. Unfortunately this rebranding has been going on since January 2025. I am disappointed and frustrated. Hopefully this feedback will transform this company when/if they are ready to take full accountability for their lack of intergrity to LISTEN and provide better CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am very happy with my new branding (logo, business cards, etc) & website. Robert took care of everything to have my domain name moved from another company and get the new website designed. I asked for multiple revisions (only because I'm so picky). They made all the changes I requested and added the things I sent to them.
Communications have been timely. I am very satisfied with their service.

I had Logo perfecto build my website. The project name is Viking Premier Group LLC. I worked with Robert Jones and Frank… They did an amazing job! They made changes without any issues. They updated pages as requested. Fixed broken links ASAP and didn’t stop or try and sidestep anything. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will use them for future services. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

if you need a website, robert from logo perfect is your guy. making the process easy was something i needed and he did just that. Explained everything in depth with great communication. i would refer him to anybody i know who needs a website.

Thierry Moore was the Associate who helped me today. Professional and so knowledgeable, Thierry answered questions I didn’t even know I had. I feel like I saved some money today and was provided with valuable direction and support. I can’t wait to hear from the design team and hope they are just as wonderful to work with as Thierry is!

frank and Robert Jones at logoperfecto did a great job for my first company website double-check plumbing. I didn't really want to have a website, even though I know I needed one to expand business. Frank and Robert took care of everything and if I didn't like something, they changed it no questions asked. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a great website for their business!

I was a little skeptical in the begining as I did not know them. But they have proved me wrong with their perfect performance. The team responds quickly to feedbacks and have all the patience under the sun to stay with you on the phone or via zoom to work with you till the desired outcome is achieved. Great Team!!
