do not recommend working with Design Cater.

They are currently over 380 days past the original contracted delivery date. While I will acknowledge that some progress has been made recently, it does not make up for the extensive delays, lack of accountability, and ongoing issues throughout the project.

If you are considering using them, protect yourself:
Do not pay upfront. Only pay upon full completion or at clearly defined milestones tied to deliverables. Paying in advance puts you at significant risk.

Another serious concern is their internal practices. I was told that Jack Brown is no longer with the company and hasn’t been for quite some time. However, his email credentials are still actively being used. This raises major red flags. Either they are being dishonest about who is actually communicating, or they are operating with poor cybersecurity controls, both of which should concern any potential customer.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and costly experience. I strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with Design Cater.

The website is very east to navigate. The service was great. 10 out of 10 recommend. My personal number 1 go to company. I also want to point out that its very good for first time business owners and they also help with business starting as well. I've worked with Jack from Design Cater for 2 separate projects and have also sent my family member to work with him on her project. He has been easy to work with, quick to communicate through whichever method I prefer, and very responsive to my feedback / needs. He has expedited work per my requested timeline. He clearly directs his team thoroughly and always delivers what I expect and more. I will certainly work with him again in the future if I have another project, and I recommend him to others.

The development of the website for Bartnik Business Services, LLC was a great partnership with the team led by Robert Jones. His attention to detail and his quick follow-up resulted in great experience and a great website. I would have no problem in recommending your company to anyone that is looking to develop a web site. We used Design Cater over a year ago to create our business logo. I gave Jack the colors and our motto and he took it from there, creating a distinct & timeless design that describes our business perfectly. A year later, we decided to give them a shot at creating our website for McSwain Educational Consultants, LLC. My wife and I are truly amazed at the work they've done. Side note, we didn't initially go with them for the website because we thought their skills would be beyond what we could afford. We were so wrong! They were actually more affordable than the first designer, and we couldn't be happier with the price & service. From start to finish, the experience with Robert Jones was amazing. He was always responsive, patient, friendly & professional. He created the website beyond what we envisioned. Our website is modern, clean, and perfectly aligned with our brand. The final product exceeded our expectations! Because of the excellent work with the logo and website, we had them create the business cards as well, another dynamic design from Jack.

Everything went smoothly from beginning to end

Working with Marco has been seamless. My concerns have been answered with speed and the customer service has exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend that you not use this company for any kind of Web Design. I hired this company back in 2002 for a logo and web design. The logo was not a issue; however, in 2025, I still do not have my web design, no reimbursement meant of payment, just scammed out of my money. Please be extremely cautious using this company.

I give Design Cater 5 Stars because of Frank. His attention to details, and his ability to understand what it is I want done is superb. Frank's maintenance of my website, and how quickly modifications are completed with efficiency, are second to none.

The Design Cater Professionals designed my logo years ago. I was so pleased with the results that I had them design my website, which is still a wonderful work in progress. Excellent Customer Service. Very Happy with the work performed for my new website BoarHog Sports Cards by Robert Jones and Frank. They do amazing work.

At first, I had a great impression and even left a positive review. But after using the website for a while, I realized that what was promised during the sale was not fully delivered.

They told me the package I chose included SEO, but later tried to charge me extra just to write the website content — something that should have already been included. There were actually two writing options: one without SEO (which still cost extra), and one with SEO, which was even more expensive. I chose the cheaper option because I was just starting my business, but the sales message clearly said SEO was included. As someone without much technical knowledge, I trusted what was presented.

Another issue was the CMS. I was told I would be able to make edits on my own — like changing content or images — but even changing my phone number was not possible. I followed all the tutorial videos they provided, but it didn’t work. They had to make the change for me. Later, my website started showing errors, my logo disappeared, and again I couldn’t fix it myself. I ended up hiring another company, and they told me the website was built in a way that makes it very difficult for non-tech users to manage — almost like it was done intentionally to keep me dependent on their services.

Also, the seller promised it was a “one-time price” — meaning I’d only pay once for the website design and development, with no future costs. They said, “your investment would be safe in any case” and even mentioned a refund policy. But in the end, I had to rebuild the entire website with another professional, which resulted in more expenses and frustration.

I’m sharing this to help others avoid the same situation and ask the right questions before purchasing.
