Easy to order, nice embroidery

design and order process was really nice experience. Shipment/Delivery not so much. We paid extra to have the material on 09/14. So, a bit disappointed that the material was not delivered on time, even though I had a conversation on Friday with customer service confirming it would deliver on time. I assume the customs delay was part of the delay. Which is okay, I just wish somebody would have communicated it with us. Still overall, good job/product. Will order again.

I purchased (2) custom hats and (1) custom shirt as a sports coach to my kid's soccer and basketball team. After I uploaded the image I wanted, I chose the color and went.

When the first package arrived the shirt was still in the box but not the two hats (stolen). Not the company's fault. I called and the replaced immediately with zero issues.

The hardest part was each brand's colors are slightly different and the website only shows AI view. For me the royal blue hats was "brighter" than then royal blue shirt. Still works but the slight difference can bother folks sometimes.

Since this is my 4th year coaching and my team name won't change sport to sport / year to year - I plan to continue ordering through the years.

The team at LogoSportswear reviewed my project and provided feedback that allowed me to get what I wanted. If they hadn't, I think I would have been disappointed with the way they turned out. Thanks TEAM!

Great communication on redesigns and fairly quick turn around time. Print quality is good as well.

There was a lack of communication between a couple of customer service reps and so I was contacted multiple times via email asking about my order, and additionally when I had updated the information for the order, I was contacted again. Additionally, I have been receiving multiple emails asking for my feedback and at least one of them is showing an(a) item(s) I did not purchase, and asking for feedback. Another mistake.

I ordered 15 custom printed hats from Logo Sportswear. The entire process for designing, buying, and shipping my hats was very easy, with no issues during any part of the process. Designing the hats was actually fun, as it was easy to navigate the design process. Shipping time was fast as well. If you need to create a custom hat, I would highly recommend Logo Sportwear. Try them, I think you will have the same experience I did.

I have been ordering custom picture sweatshirts from here for the last couple years, every time i recieve my item i am always blown away by the quality and accurate image that I create. I have just ordered my 5th custom design and I have yet to have any problems, defects, or damage to my sweatshirts/image printing. The order has always arrived either exactly on the two week deadline or earlier. I highly recommend Logo Sportswear for custom design products :) thank you for all you do!

WOW! Don't think twice - use this company. The customer service was excellent. My order was a little complicated and it arrived ON TIME even with my clarifications that may have modified the order.
