We ordered a non standard length of kindling. Other providers would not change their lengths. Logpile were lovely to deal with and have delivered exactly what we needed. Highly recommended.

Ordered off these guys a few times now, last time there was an issue (caused by the delivery company) but logpile went above and beyond to rectify the issue, very happy and will use again!

Not impressed—ordered small/medium split logs, received large tree trunks split in quarters. Been struggling to burn them ever since, thanks to our large open fire fireplace, otherwise wouldn’t even be able to fit in! Will never buy from this place again.
UPD: an interesting reply from Logpile, “contact me direct” without any contact info?!

I wrore a complaint to Log Pile as I was rather disaponted with the experience.
Gerogia reply immediately offering a number of solutions. One of them was a full refund. I wrote to them explaining that the only thing I was expecting was what they advertise in their web page and not a refund.
Just to clarify matter and be completely honest, Geoprgia has refunded me fully and asked me to keep the wrong material they send.
Not what I was expecting buy I am grateful for the professionalisim shown by Log Pile with immediate response to the issue

Excellent communication with Georgia..tried all different companies and this tops them all. We now will not go elsewhere. Regarding the packaging ours was perfectly packed as if someone took great pride in doing so there was and gaps in the box at all! Birch we bought was bang on burnt for ages and burnt very very clean...

Really badly packaged- the boxes turned up completely split and we have bits of wood all over our front path and hallway. They can’t be kept in their boxes, also because they were left outside by the courier in the rain, even though we were in no one knocked or rang the doorbell. I contacted customer service on the day and have heard nothing back.

Couldn't be more happy with the quality of logs and charcoal. It took our pizza oven and bbq experience to another level.

Bought some logs for our new wood burning pizza oven. Despite burning easily and well, I struggled to get an edible pizza out of it. Called on Friday afternoon and discussed this with Georgia who suggested a different, hotter burning wood and slightly larger logs. She sent a mixed box free of charge which arrived in time to try again on Saturday. Much better results, the improvements now will be down to making better dough and better cooking techniques. Excellent service, sustainable logs with 21st century delivery.

I thought I was paying a bit too much buying kindling from Amazon, so I went to search online and found Logpile. Their 8 net bag worked out slightly cheaper than the Amazon ones I was ordering so I bought one.

Now I know why. The kindling pieces are about half the length of the ones I was buying. Also they look like they were cut up by a blind donkey on acid because the sizes are all over the place. I will be going back to my previous supplier.

Vastly Over-Priced. I can get a builders bag full of dried hardwood for the same price as I paid for 2 small boxes!

Superb company. The best logs out there. Dry and smoke free. Decent price. Free delivery. What’s not to like?!

Ordered 15kg of birch wood logs, they sent 17kg. Extra 2kg with next day delivery for free.

Have used them a few times, very friendly on the phone, super efficient delivery and really good quality logs, kick out loads of heat. Would highly recommend.

Ordered on Sunday, and delivered to the Scottish Highlands on a Wednesday, without any surcharge. A well packed box of logs. All set for a summer of pizzas and other outdoor cooking.

l had been having logs from another company delivered, and we'd go through them so quickly it seemed (they were small). After doing a bit of research, I stumbled on Log Pile - I checked them out on Instagram just to check they seemed legit. A few people had ordered and posted images and they seemed good.

The price was great too also as stated - delivery was in 2 days via Dpd. We were always updated via email about where our order was too, which helped.

The logs were really beautiful when they came - great shapes and colour, so look great around the fire. We're really happy they came in cardboard boxes too.

All in all, really pleased with our experience and we're converted - will only use Log Pile going forward. Thank you guys :-)
