I was a bit sceptical ordering from Log Pile at first, I'll not lie. We'd been buying our logs from Wickes, however on a few occasions their logs arrived wet and we'd go through them so quickly it seemed (they were small). After doing a bit of research, I stumbled on Log Pile - I checked them out on Instagram just to check they seemed legit. A few people had ordered and posted images and they seemed good.

The price was great too - ordering our 60kg logs meant we saved £15 or so buying through Log Pile, as opposed to Wickes, which we were really happy about. Delivery was also as stated - in 2 days via Dpd I think! We were always updated via email about where our order was too, which helped.

The logs were really beautiful when they came - great shapes and colour, so look great around the fire. We're really happy they came in cardboard boxes too, not plastic bags (Wickes!)

All in all, really pleased with our experience and we're converted - will only use Log Pile going forward. Thank you guys :-)

Delivery was good and customer services was good however dry Ash hardwood got delivered - I’m not impressed with the timber that doesn’t last - they did however say you can request a different timer (which I would recommend you check before you order )

First time I've used Logpile would definitely recommend. Ordered kiln dried logs and they burnt no problem. Not the cheapest but after years of getting damp un seasoned logs decided to try these. Will order again
