Great travel booking platform. Easy to use and a very quick response time from LOLA’s support team for any issues.

I don’t like that I get different results if I narrow my search. Also don’t like that discounted airlines and fares aren’t displayed.

I use Lola for all of my travel bookings. Its super easy and worry free. They link all of my loyalty numbers and automatically apply them. If you are looking for something different or specific, you just chat with them and they are very responsive! I'm glad our company uses this platform! I will use it for personal travel as well.

The features need improvements. I think they are hearing that from customers and working to improve in the near future. The great news is to make up for this they have super helpful customer service that works out some of these problems.

The experience I have with Lola’s reps have always been pleasant . I get all my questions -concerns answered and resolved at a timely manner. Thumbs up all the way. Keep up the good work!

Excellent customer service! Always available by phone and respond to chats within minutes. They saved my butt when I didn't have my log in details and needed to secure a flight for my boss.

Where's the VALUE?

I have had several reservations BOOKED FOR THE WRONG DATES (booked by the chat person with dates clearly given and emailed back to me), not able to select specific flights and connecting flights, missing out on points for hotel stays, and CHARGED MORE ON LOLA for what I could have booked items at directly with the hotel or airline - SEVERAL TIMES. I have reported this to my company's team managing Lola. For me to take the time and contact Lola letting them know each time I found a better deal is COSTING MY COMPANY MORE IN MY TIME ALONE.

On using the mobile app to find a hotel in Las Vegas, the search came up blank - showing me NO HOTELS SHOWING FOR LAS VEGAS. I did this several times right now - blank.

I have had to change plans made thru Lola - A NIGHTMARE. You cannot deal with the airline or hotel directly (most hotels indicated they were made thru EXPEDIA), and when calling the Lola number it rang and rang 15+ times and NO ONE ANSWERED - tried this several times. I finally resorted to the chat, which I find too difficult to use when trying to make multiple changes. Trying to have Lola chat book a room for me, I was told THEY COULD NOT DO THAT, and I was left on my own.

Overall, I have used the app for travel per our corporate policy, but find it CHARGING MORE, TAKING MORE TIME, and DIFFICULT TO MAKE TRAVEL CHANGES than it would if I did it myself. Try standing at the front desk of a hotel booked via Lola and have them tell you they cannot help you because the reservation was made thru EXPEDIA?

I am trying to understand the value in using the Lola service, and still searching...

Easy to use, good selection of travel options with a lot of details, great way to book corporate travel!

Easy and straight forward. When I had to cancel, The representative Jessie was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Great experience all around!
