Fake Swatch watch
In April, I ordered a Swatch&Blancpain watch from a Londiny store for the first time. Initially, everything seemed fine as I checked reviews beforehand. However, upon receiving the shipping confirmation, I noticed the order was dispatched from China via Alibaba's mail service. Concerned about the authenticity, I immediately contacted customer support. They assured me the seller and the watch pieces were verified and promised a refund if I wasn't satisfied.
After waiting three weeks, the order arrived, but the watch turned out to be 100% fake. I documented this with photos and videos and notified the Londiny store's support team. They requested I return the watch for inspection, which I promptly did, along with requesting a refund. They claimed to have processed the refund (excluding my shipping costs), stating it might take time to appear in my account. However, the spoiler is: I never received the refund.
Over the next two months, despite frequent communication, their responses remained unchanged — they were checking with their bank, assuring me the money would arrive soon. I repeatedly pointed out that they used Stripe for the initial transaction (as evidenced by my receipt), and refunds should be processed through Stripe back to my original payment method. It seemed weird that they claimed to refund via their bank without having my bank or card details. Despite my understanding of payment systems, I never received any confirmation from Stripe of refund being processed (as I did for the original payment). It typically takes 1-2 days for refund to be visible, and additional couple of days to be fully settled. So I’m sure nothing was done by Londiny in this regard.
Two weeks ago, Londiny ceased responding my emails altogether. I still haven't received my refund, and they haven't even collected the parcel I returned to them via mail.
Fake, scam, disappointment.

My first review on Trustpilot, I felt the duty to share the bag experience I have had with Londiny.
I ordered an Arc’teryx jacket and immediately noticed it was a fake.
Contacted support with photos as evidence, they accepted a return.
(I have the whole mailing conversation)
When they received the jacket I didn’t get an update so I had to contact them.
They accepted to do a refund and got instructions it wouldn’t take no more than 14 days to receive the transaction.
It’s now been over a month and haven’t got any refund.
They just blame that their bank have issues, Londiny doesn’t want to help at all.
They don’t even respond to emails anymore.
USELESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY.
Would think more than once before deciding to purchase from them if I were you, thanks:)

Unfortunately, I have had a series of negative experiences and challenges in purchasing an item from Londiny. Essentially, I purchased a bioceramic MoonSwatch in April 2024, which turned out to be defective right out of the box (and likely fraudulent). First, the item was to arrive in one month, but it took well over two months to arrive. When the watch finally arrived, I was excited to receive it, but immediately noticed that the dials were malfunctioning on the watch and the moon phase function did not work. I contacted Londiny's customer service immediately and they told me to send it to an inspector (at my cost). I did so, but received no update. I reached out about a week later and demanded a refund. I was told it would be "credited to my account" in 5 to 14 days. After 14 days, I had not received a refund so I reached out again to customer service. They indicated that the "bank might not have issued the refund" but that they would check. Days later, when there was still no follow up, I contacted Londiny again and was told the bank was "reissuing" a refund and that I should get "a refund to my account in one week". I asked for the name of the bank, a contact person, whether a check would be issued, or credit applied to my credit card, etc. The response I received was "you can expect a refund to your account" but no further information provided. Sadly, I am doubtful I will get back the $260+ I spent and I don't even have the item in my possession since Londiny instructed me to return it. Every interaction with this company has been vague, frustrating, and full of promises that are not realized. I wish I had a better experience, but I can only surmise that this is a fraudulent company scamming customers like myself. Please think twice before making a purchase on their website or you may lose your money as I did.
6/28/24 Update: Londiny guaranteed a refund of the defective item I sent back a month ago and I still haven't received it. My last exchange with customer service promised a refund by today and, unsurprisingly, nothing has been issued. Customers should beware of defective items and the company not reimbursing them.
