They very well know trust pilot doesn’t allow to put emails in reviews.

They sold me a fake watch
Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience with this company. On Mar 14, 2024, I ordered a Swatch x Omega Bioceramic Moonswatch Mission to Mars watch.
I prefer buying in real stores, but I do not have such a store nearby and therefor had to find the product online. There are, however, many fake watches offered for 20 -50 $ and I did not want that.
The price was a tiny bit lower than in the real swatch stores, and a 10% discount was offered for new customers, so that made it a nice plus! This also made me believe it was the real thing!
After the order acceptance, I needed to e-mail them on March 19, as I still had not received any tracking information in 5 days.
The answer is that I would get a tracking number within 1–2 days. That became 3 days !
With the promised 14-day delivery, the watch should be in time for my wife's birthday; however, in the end, it came 4 days late.
Up on arrival I noticed that the watch could be fake and investigated it thoroughly, and it was. The proof, pictures and the result of weighing the watch were send to Londiny.
They apologized, put the blame on their provider, and said they would solve it. I asked to send the real thing, which they appear to be unable to do, so they offered a refund. This is okay with me, so I can go find the real thing elsewhere. Since April 16, we have had regular contact about this refund, but nothing happens, and they keep saying they will do it.
I gave them my IBAN number so they would not have to go via the credit card company, but even that has resulted in nothing so far. So that is almost 2 months of promises.
The only plus is that they are friendly in their communication, but that solves nothing.

Submitted a refund a month ago, still no money
I submited a refund for Moonswatch, and it's been a month and nothing happened. They not only stole money and continue to fool their customers, that "the refund is on the way, it's some kind of a bank issue". I went not only to a bank, but also filed a complaint with the Hong Kong Consumer Council (they are HK company registered in OFFICE ROOM 77, 7/F, WOON LEE, COMMERCIAL BUILDING, 7 AUSTIN, AVENUE, TSIM SHA TSUI, KOWLOON, HONG KONG). So if they don't return my money - they should pay another way.

Fake Swatch
1st off why do all the 5 star reviews sound like they were written by AI? I ordered a Swatch Moonphase against my better judgment…it’s a total fake. And I see by the other 1 star reviews that I’ll probably never be refunded. The photos on their website are the exact same photos on the Swatch website and not do not represent what you receive. The moon on the battery cover was blurry, that was the 1st indication it was fake, then used a black light to see the secret message it didn’t show up! Their Verified authentic icon on page is BS. Not sure why this company lists itself as being in UK go to their website and look up contact us it’s in Hong Kong. Don’t buy from this company.

Fake items, will not return money
Similar to previous negative comments. I received a fake Prada boot. They were happy to accept the return. They even confirmed receipt of the returned item. They kept saying they would return my money but it’s been over 3 months and I have not received a penny back for the item. I lost over 900$. This business is a fraud, beware.

Sent wrong size, refusing to give refund, then when I contacted bank agreed rufund + return postage cost been waiting over 2 weeks now still no refund, not replying to emails now, last reply 5 days ago will be in your bank next business day not a good experience at all really poor.

These guys are as fake as it gets. They go on reddit and leave fake reviews for themselves to talk their brand up and say they’re authentic, they do it all over the internet.
Maybe some of their stuff is legit but mine was as fake as it gets.
DO NOT BUY from them, I am not exaggerating. The chance of you getting a fake is very high.
