Very professional service. The driver’s details were sent to me via WhatsApp a few days before my journey. The driver, John was excellent - very friendly and helpful. I had problems finding the pick up location but John managed to find me even though I wasn’t in the right place. Thanks for everything.

The set up communication was good. The guys turned up in ample time, were helpful and pleasant throughout the day. They recognised that with a wedding there are extra anxieties and could not have been nicer. I would happily recommend them.

I have always found this service a 5* experience.
I have hired them personally for collection/drop offs to/from London airports and have also used them on a corporate basis for my employers and cannot recommend them enough.

Leigh was so helpful and accommodating. We were a last minute group booking for our wedding party. Leigh delivered on everything that we pre agreed, arrived early and went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect.

We booked our return trip to San Francisco via their website the night before the morning flight from Heathrow airport. The process was elementry and easy. We requested the early time, Steve, our taxi driver, arrived in the front of the Grand Plaza apartments hotel around 5-10 minutes early. He was easily recognizable and prompt.

He stopped by to check if everything was alright when my mom could not find her cellphone. He offered to go back the hotel. She finally found her phone in her pocket and we were on our way. That action by Steve was very courteous and generous.

We saved some money by directly booking with London Black Taxi because the hotel concierge service will have some additional fee to reserve the transit service. The service was professional. The driver was courteous and accomodating.

Cannot recommend this team enough, I booked a taxi to attend a hospital appointment for my wheelchair bound mother. The driver was very friendly, helpful and caring.

Great experience. Communication was on point, clear and my driver Nicky was prompt and professional. Perfect e patience - made my early morning flight out of Heathrow smooth and worry-free
