All sorted delivered installed old appliances taken away . Happy with the service

TOTAL RIP-OFF. Our dishwasher was not working properly. We had to downpay 60 pounds. We waited two days for our appointment. The service was provided by someone who barely spoke English. They cleaned out the clogged dishwasher spray arms. No parts used, 10min job. Talked for another 20min about how to use our dishwasher. Asked for another 60£. 120£ total for a super basic job. Then they send a report attaching photos of a totally different dishwasher.

Honestly don't use these people. They claim to be knowledgeable but at what a cost! And no transparency upfront.

-EDIT- I texted again after posting this and they say they have refunded my deposit. They apologised for the delay.
I booked on the Sunday night for the Tuesday afternoon to get my washing machine checked over, received confirmation and £50 deposit taken. On Tuesday morning, I get a text saying they aren't coming and they can't fix my washing machine. The only information I had shared this far was that there was a burning smell when I ran the machine - how could they tell without seeing it? I have since had an appliance firm out who opened the machine, showed me everything they pulled apart and checked, and said there were no signs of electrical fault/burning, the belt is all fine, the motor's fine...this appliance engineer was super helpful (even sorted out a blocked pipe and showed me how to maintain my dishwasher better) and clear, and it cost me less than £100. Meanwhile, despite a text message and an email - both unanswered - I'm still waiting for my £50 refund from London Domestic Appliance Repair. Is this their business model? Book and cancel appointments at the last minute then hope people won't chase for their £50 back?

Not a good experience even though I've used them for years as a local supplier. Asked for repeated call backs for information on a product I was intending to buy after 3 weeks no call back after chasing for a call back. Had to physically go to the shop to get the information! Same situation to get copies of receipts.
Salespeople like to rush when going through the features of an appliance, which puts a strain on making an informed decision when purchasing.

Brilliant service, fast, reliable and efficient. I needed an appointment ASAP and got one the very next day. I was put in touch with Ismael who called and asked about the problems we were having with our washing machine. Upon hearing it's state, Ismael warned us that it was highly likely that our machine was unrepairable and advised us to save our money on this call out and buy a new one instead. We were beyond greatful for his honesty and advice, He also arranged a full refund. 10/10 would recommend their services.

Ismael was very quick to identify the problem and fixed our machine in no time. He was very knowledgable and passionate about his work, his customer service was also brilliant, very friendly.

Efficient and easy to book, great at coming back to you. Harvey identified the issue quickly and fixed the machine. Asked for some advice and he gave me the advice I had been thinking about and confirmed getting a new washing machine. Harvey was incredibly tolerant of my little cocker spaniel who kept barking whilst he was trying to work. Would 100% recommend these guys from booking to finishing.

Came on same day - and still charged original quote, even though labour time was much longer than anticipated .
