Had a tenancy with them a few years ago. Absolute shambles, moved in to a wrecked flat. They took no accountability. Anyway, they seem to have rebranded away from moving city, so thought I'd keep up the bad vibes.

It's been a pleasure dealing with Macey and Ben to secure a rental property. The process was smooth and efficient, and communication throughout was excellent.

Macey handled my move-in situation perfectly. From the deposit to key collection, she responded quickly and managed everything smoothly and professionally.

My partner and I are currently in the process of renting an apartment through London Property Broker, and Ben and Macey have been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Their communication, professionalism, and support have been outstanding. We highly recommend this agency!

I am based out of India currently and relocating to London. I had on option but to do the entire renting online with all background verification. The entire process was so seamlessly done thanks to Macey Smith. I had issues with online ID verification and Macey patiently me through multiple attempts. Slow and tedious customer service once we were tenants. Moving out and getting our deposit back has taking a painstakingly long time (6 months and counting). Although not entirely the fault of the estate agents, they have regularly ignored communications and very hard to get a straight answer from. Very disappointed with the service, considering the move in went smoothly. Be warned, and make sure you have the patience of a saint!
