The entire move-in process was made really easy by the great work of Macey! She would always reply to emails quickly and leave no question unanswered. Even when there would be a confusion or miscommunication from the tenant's side, Macey would solve it with no complaints - incredibly helpful! Highly recommend LPB!

Abysmal service. Lack of professionalism. The property we had put an offer for and was accepted we were ready to transfer deposit for exchange to our solicitor when we were informed by them via the sellers solicitors that the seller was no longer selling the property to us. The fact that the seller had terminated the deal and was no longer dealing with Moving City was not something that the company or Macey had the decency to inform us about . This is considered unfair trading practices under the consumer protection from unfair trading regulations.

We finalized a buy to let property with Moving City. They first tried to force us to pay agency fees for existing tenants, when we refused they asked tenants to vacate and delayed closing. We were about to close this week and learnt that the seller is no longer closing with us, this is despite solicitors responding to all our queries and finalising sale and transfer agreements. I would be wary of using Moving City as their only focus is on agency fees.

Moving city were my estate agents for many years when I moved to south east London. At first we experienced a good service, quick communication when we needed anything fixed by them. The flat was first given to me in pristine condition and when I wasn’t happy with the cleaning they had the cleaners come back and fix. However, since moving to a different flat within the same building, I got a very different experience. The flat was given to me dirty. There were used tissues in the bedroom and brown splatters all over the walls. I’ve never seen a flat like it. There was dirt all over the bathroom and it was so apparent that cleaners had either done the bare minimum if anything at all. Once we had moved in, I complained and the cleaners begrudgingly came back, again to do the bare minimum. It was so disappointing as we had left our other flat in such a good condition and the cleaner came back at their request promptly to clean the oven again as they were not happy with minor things here and there. Not at all comparable to the state of the current flat. Our dishwasher stopped working at Christmas and I was promised a new one. I kept calling for a few months to ask what had happened to this dishwasher and then out of the blue they told us they would no longer be our estate agents but would still deliver the dishwasher. This never happened. In the first week of our tenancy with the new agents no. 8 they have already scheduled a visit this weekend to replace. They have been so helpful and so kind already. Honestly makes me wonder whether the previous ones knew they weren’t going to deliver the dishwasher and lied out of convenience. That and our experience moving in, unfortunately leaves me with no choice but to leave a negative review. I would not recommend these estate agents if you are a tenant.

We just moved out today. And I would like to mention that it was a wonderful experience with moving City. They helped us throughout the Tenancy with everything. Benjamin handled our maintenance issues ,the service was quick and nice. Thank you for that.

Macey was really helpful when renewing my tenancy agreement. She went over and above what was expected and whenever I received emails about areas i didnt understand or were sent in error she was great coming back to me and extremely efficient. Thank you Macey.

Moving city informed me of a change of agency midway through my contract and didn't provide any follow up information in terms of the future of my tenancy agreement. I've paid my rent on time without a single delayed/missed payment. Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional
