AVOID AT ALL COST!
If I could give this company negative stars, I would. This is the worst, most dishonest, unreliable company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I asked for an initial quote for the removal, storage and return of my items. They quoted me £450. I thought this was a bit pricey but booked anyway. After the move, I was sent an invoice for 'storage'. When I asked what this invoice was for, they informed me that they would be charging me an ADDITIONAL £150/month for storage. I had no choice but to pay, even though they had clearly been dishonest in their initial quote. Last week, I tried to arrange my return and they sent me ANOTHER invoice, this time for an additional £450! They told me that apparently the quote didn't include a return of my belongings! They had taken my belongings all the way to a storage facility in Hertfordshire even though they have a facility in West London, clearly in an attempt for them to save money and because I live in London I have now had to book ANOTHER cheaper removal company to return my items for an additional £205. There are MANY, MANY removal and storage companies that are a fraction of the price of this deceptive company. Don't be conned into their fake quotes like I was.AVOID AT ALL COST.

The worst moving experience I ever had…
The worst moving experience I ever had - and I've moved a few times! The man was rude and unprofessional. He didn't seem to know how disassemble a common IKEA sofa bed. At some point he even suggested breaking the bed, so that we could go through the door, asking me if I was planning to use the bed again (!!). He broke one of my bookcases. He didn't have any care for my things at all. He had dirty shoes and he walked with them on furniture and mattresses! Clueless. He even made a negative comment about English people/companies... which made wonder why he's living in this country. Unpleasant! They also operate as "Man-Van.co.uk".
