All Ok delivered everything as promised

WARNING!! Do not use National Movers. They are unorganised, provide zero support and service, movers are not experienced and waste much time. Don’t expect any service from management as they do not follow up before, during and/or after the move. I feel very bad for the two men that work for the company that were doing the move as they were clearly not trained. DO NOT USE NATIONAL MOVERS - you’ll regret it!!

their movers will trained how to waste time and to charge you more.

Horrible experience - I never leave reviews but after the appalling treatment I received from this company I am making an exception!!! I am so disgusted by the experience and surprised this company is still in business. I received a quote that looked reasonable but hidden fees everywhere. Don’t believe any quotes!!!
Not only had I one guy that had to take breaks every few minutes (too young to have to take breaks all the time) but another guy that thought cigarette breaks sounds good at my dime while resting on my chairs outside!!!!! To top it off - I got shouted at by the the accounts team late evening after a long day when I queried some of the charges. Disgusted. DO NOT USE!!!!

They are worst in terms of service. Please avoid.

Don't get carried away with the sale representative as he would be very nice, say all the good things about the services they provide. The report they prepare looks nice but useless as it is not referred by the people on the day of moving.

I have American fridge-freezer and was told would be dismantled (from the doors) as would be easy to carry, but they were not carrying any tools nor they knew how to dismantle and re-assemble.. dragging my fridge freezer on the pavement to load in the van (ideally meant to move fridge around within home on a flat and smooth surface)...Similarly Not carrying any tools nor had any common sense how to dismantle wardrobe, fridge, dining table and other household suff.. they did not carry any plastic sheets to put on the floor surface spoiling my new carpet...Rubbish....would not recommend.

My wife and I used this company for our recent house move based on the reviews on their site. We decided to go with the more expensive packing option and were told they would be with us the day before we completed. Three of their employees turned up that morning and proceeded to start packing the ground floor of our 4 bedroom house. At about 3.30 they had reached the weight limit on their lorry and informed us that they could not load any more that day. Rather than proceed to pack the upstairs they left for the day. This meant that about a rooms worth of belongings and the entire upstairs had not been touched.

The following day they turned up again accompanied by another colleague who was more senior. He was surprised that they had not completed the packing as he had expected the house to be packed and was concerned that it would not be done in time. This employee worked hard all morning and it was thanks to him that we actually got out in time for completion. His other three colleagues took regular breaks and did not seem to understand that we needed to be out of the house as the sale was completing.

At the new property everything was unloaded but they had only labelled half the boxes and so many ended up in random rooms.

To make matters worse a couple of days later we noted that some of our wedding crystal had been chipped due to them dropping the drawer it was located in 3 times despite being warned. Several other items were also broken in transit but we were assured by their insurance cover.

We emailed them immediately to complain and request the next steps to claim on the insurance, but to date have been soundly ignored.

Cheaper than the majority they may be but the old adage of you get what you pay for was coined for this company
