Arrived on time. Look great. Feel great!

I've been a client since formation, I remember the founders from their days at Accenture. I love the brand ethos, the designs and the quality. From boot socks to the summer ranges, it's all top notch.

First order never arrived, so a replacement order was sent and there was quite a large additional charge to pick it up from the post office, duty plus additional delivery charges. Often disappointed with DHL

These are my favourite socks for tennis - they are the nicer trainer sock with a raised back on the ankle. Unfortunately you have stopped doing other colours like turquoise which is really disappointing- you only do a box of 4 - 2 white and 2 blue…please bring back other colours..would have given 5 stars if a better range of colours were made available- these are very expensive socks so more choice would encourage me to purchase more

I wanted to like London Sock Company, but my experience ultimately fell short of what their branding and price point promise.
I purchased a four pair set for $130, based on the company’s repeated marketing of these socks as luxury, ultra soft, and made from super soft Scottish lisle cotton. After wearing two pairs once, it became immediately clear that they did not feel soft or luxurious in any meaningful sense, especially relative to the price. This wasn’t an issue of wear or durability — it was simply that the core attributes being promoted (softness and luxury feel) were not there.
To be fair, London Sock Company did accept returns on the two unworn pairs, which I appreciate. However, they refused to refund the two pairs that were worn once, characterizing the issue as “personal preference” rather than acknowledging the practical reality that you must wear socks to assess whether they meet advertised feel and comfort claims.
At this price level, consumers reasonably expect the product to deliver on its core marketing promises. Denying a refund on worn items — when the wear was necessary to determine that the socks did not deliver on their advertised softness — feels misaligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.
Customer service was polite and responsive, but ultimately inflexible, defaulting to hygiene policy rather than engaging with the substance of the issue. For a company selling premium products at luxury prices, I expected a more customer centric resolution.
In short: stylish branding, courteous support, but a product experience that does not justify the cost. Prospective buyers should calibrate expectations accordingly.

I had an issue with my delivery and once it was reported to them they quickly responded and investigated for me. George then went above and beyond to help rectify the issue. He was very friendly and accommodating and we now have our delivery on its way again. Thanks team
