Don’t bother
Don’t bother, seems ok on the surface but problems with stock are met with flippant remarks and not caring seems to be the underlying issue! Not ordering from them again!

Ordered a few times and honestly I can’t fault the service I’ve received. I’m waiting for a reply to my message regarding the restocking of an item but every email I’ve sent has been promptly responded too in a day or two.
Delivery has been a few days as stated and everything has been well packaged.

Poor company
Company are absolutely fine over the course of many orders, until you have cause to complain about something. If you complain they will simply close your account without informing you. After a couple of emails back and forth regarding their failure to dispatch when stated, I heard nothing further. I placed another order about a month after this, order went through, money taken from my account, order confirmed. Within minutes I received a cancellation email followed by a refund notice. Longforte took payment from my account whilst having no intention of supplying the order. It was refunded but this took 3 to 4 days. They have no idea of customer service and can’t handle any form of complaint or criticism.

Speedy delivery and good quality
Speedy delivery. Fantastic customer support when you have any questions regarding delays in delivery (I've only had an issue once and that was due to royal mail).
Everything I have purchased so far (I only use sublimation stuff) I have been very happy with and so have my customers.

Good products at competitive prices
I'm very happy with the products I've ordered so far. Delivery is quick and the prices are competitive. However, I'm finding that some products are staying out of stock for a long time which is making it difficult to source certain items.

Unfortunately we have no control over how customers buy our stock so it may be that you have bought a sample and then other customers who buy this product regularly buy larger quantities that put the item out of stock.
