Sent wrong items with order then refuse to do anything about it. Going to pass this onto my solicitors to deal with

Superb products of a good quality, with loads of choice and at a reasonable price point. Always reliable, quick delivery - no real issues at all, and will continue to use these guys as one of my main sublimation blank suppliers

Recently ( end of July) I bought some Kids water bottle with straw and I want to say , they are great quality, dispatched very fast, packed with extra care and the price was best from the market.
Customer service is great as well. Last year when I received some broken cups I contacted C S providing pictures and the answer come very quick, refunding me with no issue. In general, I don't like to contact CS service but sometimes we need to do it and with this Company I never had any bad experiences.

They offer next day DPD - but then dont ship the items out until the day after! They argue with you that it was never available for next day delivery, despite each item on the website showing a timer to order to receive the item next day!

Once again great service from Subliblanks , ordered late Thursday night fully expecting my order to be processed Friday for Monday delivery , was delivered Saturday ,The mugs I bought were fine as well , no damaged , but to be fair if there were any damaged I know they reply via whatsapp and will refund any damaged costs , they are now my go to supplier for Sublimation 11oz mugs .

Stay away. I made an order on there website and almost one week later i was wondering why the order wasent shipped yet. So i contacted them and they told me they needed to charge me 30€ extra for my order. I wonder how long it would have taken if i didnt contact them. Not going to use them again.

This company is getting beyond a joke now! I was in a chat on their website about product keys not working and two days ago they just stopped replying, messaged them on their WhatsApp number, no reply, called them only to hear a message saying their unable to supply technical help on the phone, but you can talk to them on their sales line if you want to spend money! Just be aware if you do spend money and have a problem good luck getting any response! Four times I've brought sublirip product keys, four times they've stopped working, it's time to speak to someone about legal help as being ignored by a supposedly professional company just isn't good enough, especially with how much money I have in this now!

Ordered a box of 100 faux leather sublimation mousepads. £170 down the drain.

A quick initial inspection showed that over 30 of the mousepad had marks and scratches on them. When I came to use them proper, I discovered that in fact almost all of them were marked or damaged in some way. Completely unusable for the type of work I do.

Usually, I order from a different company (sadly they were out of stock when I wanted to purchase from them) and out of a box of 100 I'd expect to find maybe 5 or 6 that might have some surface damage, but nothing like the 90%+ from this company.

Complete and utter garbage.

I definitely won't be using this company again.

I recently had a problem sublimating on some of the PU notebooks I ordered from Subiblanks. When I contacted them regarding this they gave helpful advice and when I explained I had already tried what they suggested they sent me replacements. For me they resolved the issue in a very positive way leaving me confident to buy from them again which I'm pleased about because my past experience of their products is good and delivery very quick.
