Subliblanks cancelled this order, but have not informed Klarna, so Klarna will expect me to pay this.

Ordered from this company twice this week and have had the fastest delivery going with both my orders. Can’t fault them.

The products are good but the service has really gone downhill in recent years (long time customer)

Would love to see you guys get it together, your postage is also WAAAAYYYY more expensive than your competitors.

I gave 4 stars based upon how they used to be. I think if you were great once you can be great again

I’ve used this company for a long time now and there’s been quite a few times I’ve been annoying with requests, but every single time they’ve helped me out. Really appreciate it. Products are always great quality and any issues fixed quickly (which are very rare). Dispatch time always amazing too. Thank you.

I struggled with printing on a product i bought from them, i messaged them on WhatsApp and got a reply straight away. The person who answered me was called Lewis, he helped me in a professional manner and talked me through pressing my product. Great customer service thankyou subliblanks!

A product was not in stock for about a month so I decided to WhatsApp to see when they would be back in stock, I was told they didn't have a re-stock date but could I give them the product code. I gave them the product code and again said had no re-stock date, woke up the next morning to a WhatsApp sayin they found some in the warehouse and are now live on the website so I went and got My order! I was very very impressed by the customer service and almost immediate replys the person I was dealing with was called Lewis and I couldn't fault them!

Prompt delivery which was great. Great selection of products. Will be buying from here again shortly

Order number 2288. I have emailed the company on several occasions asking to return part of my order. I haven’t had a response as yet and it’s been over 1 week since my first email requesting a refund.

This company doesn't bother to answer emails.

I buy regularly from this company and have always had good quality items and good customer service. On the one occasion that I received something faulty, I was able to speak to somebody via whatsapp and they didn't hesitate in sorting it straight away for me.

Bought the sublimation beanies from here 1st problem the £7.50 next day delivery by dpd waited all day for them to deliver got a msg saying the driver is a couple of mins away a few seconds later oh no sorry we missed you your delivery it will now be delivered Monday I have cctv to prove he never tried to deliver I Checked the tracking the driver took a picture of a random door called dpd they said they told the driver to redeliver but the phone reception wasn't great so don't know if he's going to be back so will be Monday now I said what about the £7.50 next day postage I paid he said I'd have to take it up with subli blank so I have sent 2 msgs to subli blanks with no response 2nd problem they eventually came on Monday I've tried printing one of the items I bought printed fine but the beanies are way to big in size to be used for hats so I've msged again asking for return details as they are unusable and about the postage I paid for next day service to be ignored again. I'll be going through PayPal to get money back and won't be buying things from here again

Had a few issues with another company and subliblanks reached out to help support me. Occasionally some issues with delivery (dpd likes to deliver ripped boxes) but while the chat box is slow there new WhatsApp option is quick and very efficient. Plus items are top quality

Not impressed by returns policy and the way I was treated. If you open the box and set the printer up you can't return it and get your money back.

There were some initial communication problems with Subli Blanks, but once we had made contact, it was explained that the issue had been due to exceptional circumstances. The person we have been dealing with has been helpful, friendly and very fair in sorting out the glitch. We are very impressed with the product: a Mug Press starter kit, and with their excellent customer service. We look forward to purchasing from them again.

Goods look really good value. Trying.to speak to anyone is impossible. I have £500 of good in basket and ready to pay but wanted.to check something before paying.

Tried chat, telephone (not working). Think I'll go elsewhere, if they don't want to speak when taking an order how bad will it be if there is a problem. Very disappointed.
