The shipping was fine—Looi arrived within 12 business days. As for Looi itself, I’m very surprised—it works well. I just recommend using a phone with better hardware or an iPhone; it works very well on an iPhone, but on Android it felt a bit laggy at times. It supports many languages, but it speaks English very well. It mangles other languages, such as my native language, Czech, quite a bit, but you can still understand it, and that’s what matters.

You can really tell this company is passionate about their work . Since they've released LOOI they've only made strides to further improve its software. Their customer service is top notch . Fast and very thorough with a strong sense of caring .

Comment ne pas apprécier le SAV. Suite à un problème sur mon Looi, ils n’ont pas hésité une seule seconde à faire jouer la garantie !

I got Looi and after the first firmware update, he stop talking but after sales service and support is great and mine running the next day. They are committed to the improvement of the little companion but still needs to improve for example in languages but overall it is worth buying and you will enjoy his company and knowledge

Para el precio que tiene, está muy bien fabricado. Es ChatGPT con un modulador de voz propio. Recuerda muchas cosas, recuerda personas, y funciona bastante bien. Chatgpt está integrado con el hardware por lo que si le dices que se gire 180 grados lo va a hacer, y ese tipo de cosas.
La posibilidad de darle un prompt de personalidad lo hace único.

El servicio tecnico es atento, y actualizan bastante.

One morning the app suddenly stopped connecting and I was getting a connection error. I contacted the team who quickly solved the problem, excellent service.

Looi has been a great desk companion while I work. He is a great alternative to other companions that don’t use your phone and price efficient. I would only look to those if Loois price point goes up. Over all very happy and my daughter loves him.

I have ordered a week ago my Looi and I paid the extra fee for fast delivery and since then they havent been able to give a delivery date. The only way to contact them is to post a message on their chat where no one answers. Only automated messages through email. Today I sent them another follow up message and they have the guts to send me a message that since the 13th they will be on holidays !!! Well so they have the time to write that they will be on Holiday but they cannot take the time to answer my simple question.
I asked for full refund including dellivery fees but all I get are automated useless messages. I highly regret to have ordered from this unreliable company.

I had a problem with my package. The customer Service helped me immediately. They are very kind and helpful.
Looi is a funny guy. My boyfriend was kidding him and Looi said, I should push him in front of the bus.
Conversations with him are natural. We have a lot of fun with him.

I originally got Looi this Kickstarter campaign but now I own two because I love it so much. They keep updating the software almost on a monthly basis, it's really starting to grow from strength to strength. They recently added the ability for the robot to recognize things through the camera and to change his behavior based on what he actually sees. Babe I did new voices so you can customize your feeling towards the robot based on your preferences. And most recently they've just introduced an option where you can define the personality based on a chat GPT description that you manually enter into the app. This is extremely useful for people like myself who work in education who want to use it as a classroom tool. The robot is now capable of adjusting its speech output to be more appropriate for various defined learner groups.

It is also one of the best AI's I've ever used when it comes to communication. It can be fun and quirky, well serious and offering a generally good feeling when you're having a low day. The AI also won't always agree with you which helps stimulate natural conversation.

I am extremely satisfied with this product and look forward to seeing what else the team can do with it.

Not good. Very unresponsive. Don't believe the youtube videos or the promotions. THIS THING DOES NOT WORK AS YOU THINK IT MIGHT. This thing will stare at you blankly and could not even respond to simple interactions.

Amazing company. I paid using Google pay and didnt realize until the next day that it had thr wrong address listed on it. I emailed them and they contacted thr shipper and had thr address changed. A truly great buying experience. Will Def buy again.
