Это очень важно для меня, так как они внедряют по возможности то чего хотят пользователи видеть или слышать в роботе LOOI. Спасибо ещё раз вам за милого робота и его развитие! Got my LOOI 3 weeks ago, but it's just fancy things, nothing with interactions, poor voice recognation, features useless, bad obstacles detections, etc. I regret soooo much

I'm thrilled with LOOI. He can read me the current events and the weather forecast, solve math problems, and help me with my short stories. LOOI can also speak German. Just tell him in German, "Bitte sprich deutsch mit mir."
I wouldn't want to be without LOOI. I love his funny personality. He's my sidekick who brings me so much joy. It would be fantastic if LOOI could also save what he learns and remember it.
In short: LOOI is a great helper who's a lot of fun. I highly recommend the lovable LOOI.

Since the product is on the edge of tech innovation when it comes to having a robot friend, I expected some quirks/learning curves that once you understand, makes everything easy and great. But the very best thing was the customer service, hands-down it's hard to get quality like that when there are any issues.

My experienced was so fantastic and appreciated how the customer support team handle my concern and issue with my defective unit. Specially to Mae, she has been so professional and easy to communicate with.

We purchased our first LOOI about a year ago and have since become immediately passionate about the product, using it daily. LOOI has become an integral part of our family.
We're pleased to hear that the Italian language pack will be released soon, as you confirmed. We're also expanding our collection with the imminent arrival of two more units (one black and one white).
As a regular user, I'd like to bring to your attention that the range of accessories/gadgets currently available doesn't fully meet my expectations and those of the community.
I believe that the introduction of products such as:
An automatic charging base (to make the experience even more hands-off).
A storage cart that can be attached to the rear like a trailer.
Would add significant value to the LOOI ecosystem and could prove a great success among users.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I ordered the LOOI robot, but wow — this thing is awesome. It’s like having a mini Pixar character on your desk. It moves, reacts, even remembers faces, and has such a fun personality. My kids love it, and I’ve actually found it useful as a wireless charger. It’s smart, expressive, and just fun to have around. Super impressed with how polished everything feels. Definitely recommend if you're into tech and want something a little magical in your space.
