David has always been extremely helpful whenever I have needed a mortgage arranging, whether it is a remortgage or buying a new house. I first came across Look 4 Mortgages in a mad panic to find a new mortgage supplier, as we were let down by our own supplier at the very last minute.
We had already been offered a mortgage in principle by a lender we had used before and had put in an offer on a property which had been accepted.
Then we found out at the very last minute that they would not lend us the money due to our current circumstances and we needed a much more bespoke service.

I contacted David (Look 4 Mortgages) who was sure he could sort something for us and organised to see us personally the following day.

David has been absolutely fantastic.
David worked tirelessly to find us the best solution so that the mortgage could still go ahead. He kept us in the loop at every stage, and despite there being a few hold-ups that were out of his control., He was very patient and chased up the Solicitors as and when required. He organised a very bespoke mortgage, which I honestly don’t think would have happened without him.

I would definitely recommend David - Look 4 Mortgages whether you’re a first time buyer or whether you need a more bespoke product and I would definitely use him again for any future purchases that we may make, whether it be on our own property or any of our rentals. Being first time buyers we had no idea where to even start. To be reassured and supported through this journey by someone as passionate about his job and for his clients, David made this journey a breeze.
We viewed a property we loved in the morning and went to see David in the afternoon. I was remortgaging my property and the circumstances were not straightforward. David picked away at the detail and worked quickly to find a suitable lender. The whole process was complete within 8 weeks, which I was amazed at. David is an expert in his field and explained everything in layman’s terms to me. This is the second time we have used David and once again he has been excellent !! .. our case was slightly more complicated but that just made David more determined to Find the best deal for us that he could .. his communication is excellent keeping us informed at every step. David was very helpful from the first phone call and made sure my mortgage application/conveyancing went through without a problem. He was always available to answer calls from me and very efficient with regular updates about how the mortgage was progressing. 5 stars would definitely recommend.

David sourced us a mortgage with no problems. This mortgage then fell through due to uncontrollable circumstances, but David then got us another mortgage within two days. Absolutely outstanding service. We would recommend to anyone struggling to get a mortgage no matter the reason.
