Great shipping! Free and pretty fast for asian items, product was neatly packaged and came with a freebie, pricing is superb too. Will be buying again!

I bought 2 eyeliners. Delivery was FREE to the netherlands which i didnt expect. Dispatch took less than a day and delivery overall took around 10 days, which is totally fine since it‘s from china. What i didnt expect was that they even send me free cotton pads!! Amazing service!

I ordered 2 items for my girlfriends Birhtday/Valentines Day. the Items came quickly and were packaged very safely! i want to thank the Store for the gifts and the hand written letter! She loved the 2 Lip products and the addons^^

I had some issues with the delivery because of the courier in Australia and they had misdelivered my parcel. Then someone had stolen the parcel! It was devastating as I had spent a lot of money. When i reached out to the office, which is China by the way, despite the time difference and difficulty with communication and contacting the courier, they were so helpful throughout the whole process. Finally they managed to get me my parcel in the way to me again! I havent received ut yet but i can vouch for their customer service and work ethic and its 100/10!!!!

All of the makeup came in about 2 weeks, everything was packed nicely and tightly, I also got two freebies, which I am so grateful for!!! Also all of the make up is amazing and I will definitely buy again

I had a great experience ordering from LookHealthyStore for the first time! Communication about my order was clear and helpful, as was tracking information.

The order arrived quite quickly considering it was moving from China to Ireland at a busy time of year (about 2 weeks). No additional fees upon arrival as promised and free shipping.

All products arrived in perfect condition - I was ordering fragile eyeshadows as well as lip products, and everything was sealed with plastic so it was definitely all brand new.

The only slightly inconvenient thing is you can view the prices in your currency (in my case Euro) but when you check out it has to be in USD.

I'll definitely be ordering from here again!

Finally decided to order a few eyeshadow palettes that I'd been eyeing for a lil while and I am so glad I did!!! They're beautiful and I couldn't be more thrilled 🥰🥰

Placed a 200€ order. Didn't hear any updates for an entire week, began to regret my impulse purchase and asked for a refund. The refund amount was 10€ short, I had to ask them why and was told because of exchange rates.
This is extremely upsetting, if I had known there'd be effectively a fee for changing my mind I wouldn't have cancelled the order. Nobody warned me before or after and if I hadn't checked the transaction amounts I wouldn't have found out either.
It's deeply unprofessional to not refund the full amount, if there's issues with exchange rates at least offer store credit or warn customers of possible fees before letting them cancel.

EDIT: to be clear, the 10€ is not being charged by Lookhealthystore, it is being charged by Paypal. I contacted PayPals customer service and they said it's not a mistake and I need to pay them. The reason for my bad review is the lack of warning that this might happen from Lookhealthystore and that they are not willing to help if this happens. A simple 10€ store credit or giftcard would have convinced me to place the order again.
Although I admit it was my fault for becoming impatient after not receiving a shipping confirmation after a long time and cancelling in the first place.

such a helpful company! i recently purchased a gift box set, but made the mistake of not buying the outer packaging box.. they replied quickly to my email and allowed me to purchase the box on its own!! which they don’t normally sell separately😭 so i recommend completely such a great company🤍

I am so pleasantly surprised with my experience with LookHealthyStore! What a lovely first impression I had,I am super excited to order again :-) My order arrived exactly 14 business days after purchase, a perfectly reasonable timeframe for international shipping. Each item was securely packaged and I even got some free gifts. Very much appreciated but unexpected <3 I want to say thank you to the warehouse team and to Echo! One suggestion I have is to eventually integrate customer reviews or feedback on the site if possible? I did not hear of this store before, I was skeptical of placing my order because I did not see any sign of life aside from the products on your site, but I did want to try specific CBeauty products and the pricing and shipping was very reasonable with you all. I purchased some items from LookHealthyStore on 4/17/25, to be shipped to me in the USA. On 4/23/25 they emailed me about shipping delays due to them needing to change the logistics transportation company because of the new US tariff policy, and provided me my new tracking number. Even with that delay I received my package on 5/3/25. I really appreciated that they took the initiative to change the companies they worked with to help me and other US customers get our packages quickly, and they they were proactive in communicating with me. It was my first purchase with LookHealthyStore, and I was very relieved and comforted that they did that.
All products came in perfect condition (purchased Girlcult eyeshadow palette [~$40] and lip gloss [~$19], and a QianYan eyeshadow palette [~$43], which qualified me for free shipping).

great experience! my package was shipped quickly and arrived to Canada safely in the expected timeframe. my items were packaged carefully in bubble wrap, and they also added a couple freebies including a face mask! customer service from Echo was also timely and very helpful. i’m planning on ordering again very soon :-)

At first everything was great, responsive customer service team helped restock a product I missed. When I got the product however it looked nothing like what was pictured in that it was obviously defective. I took pictures and sent a detailed email to customer service and they wrote me off, made it obvious they hadn’t even read my whole email, and offered 10% back. I had to argue to return the item as they claimed it was limited edition and they wouldn’t be able to replace. And now, a couple days later, they have the product mysteriously restocked on their website despite claims that they would not be able to replace my defective item.

Awesome store where you can buy c beauty products and accessories, especially alt/colorful/goth style which is not very common here in northern europe.
Shipping is very fast (yunexpress, it is very convenient since the last mile(citymail) delivers it to my door). Payment is super easy. I used Paypal.
This shop is very trustworthy. Very safe and Echo is a wonderful owner. Very nice communication.

Ho acquistato un rossetto durante i saldi del 21/01/25 con spese di spedizione gratis + codice sconto + no dogana. A causa delle festività in Cina, il pacco è stato spedito il 2/02/25 e mi è arrivato a casa il 24/02/25. I tempi di attesa sono nella norma, se siete abituate ad acquistare sui siti cinesi skincare e makeup. Personalmente io mi sono trovata benissimo perchè il prodotto era impacchettato in modo sicuro e mi è stato omaggiato anche un campioncino (avevo speso veramente poco, considerate che molti negozi beauty anche con una spesa elevata non vi regalano niente!), è uno shop veramente conveniente per chi è interessato al mondo c-beauty perchè ha tanti marchi indie e il rapporto qualità-costo è molto elevato! Shop super professionale, comprerò sicuramente altre volte.

I was overjoyed to find a site that ships cbeauty indie brands internationally and 100% would purchase from here again. I bought two eyeshadow palettes by DRAMO. Shipping was pretty fast with solid packing for the order! Very appreciative of their customer service and communication.

Only downside was the local courier, who threw the package near the back garbage at the back of our house. (I sent a email to the courier service), but thankfully the contents were unharmed and absolutely beautiful. I’d 100% order again for any cbeauty wants/needs.

J'ai passé une commande le 29 mars (1 primer + 2 palettes), expédiée le 3 avril, j'ai reçu un mail de suivi le 5 avril et je l'ai finalement reçue en parfait état le 18 avril. Un peu long mais c'est compréhensible étant donné que cela vient de Chine. Je n'ai pas eu de frais de douanes à payer, et agréablement surprise car il y avait 2 petits cadeaux dans mon colis, ça fait toujours plaisir. Je recommande ce site sans problème !

I would really like to recommend making purchases on this site, because the prices are very good and the guys often give some discounts. Ho ordinato due palette. L’ordine è arrivato nei tempi stabiliti ma una delle due palette non era quella che avevo ordinato. Inoltre, per aprirla e vedere l’interno (e quindi constatare l’errore) ho dovuto rompere la carta da pacco che la avvolgeva, rendendola quindi impossibile da mandare indietro. Ho già fatto presente questo al servizio clienti. Quello che mi aspetto ora è che mi venga inviata gratis la palette corretta in tempi brevi siccome mi serve per lavoro entro due settimane. Attualmente stanno gestendo con professionalità il mio problema e sono molto contenta di ciò. Appena avrò l’articolo corretto lascerò la recensione finale.
Edit: l’articolo corretto è arrivato il prima possibile come promesso e ne sono grata ma gli ombretti non scrivono, come provato da un video che ho prontamente inviato al sito. Non mi hanno però creduta, nonostante nel video si vedesse benissimo il problema. Probabilmente la palette è vecchia e di cattiva qualità. Mi hanno detto di provare con primer e pennello ma sono una makeup artist da anni, non è forse la prima cosa che io stessa ho fatto? Cattiva assistenza e cura del cliente in questo caso, ne sono davvero dispiaciuta.un rimborso o un buono sarebbero doverosi in questi casi. Non comprerò più! Sembra quasi che vogliano darmi della truffatrice. Pessima esperienza davvero. Mi spiace perché ero partita con molto entusiasmo nel portare nuovi prodotti ai miei top clienti
