Absolutely beautiful Pierre chairs from Loop & Twist. Excellent communication actually came earlier than expected delivery date which was a bonus. The chairs are excellent, very well made and stunning to look at not to mention the comfort too which is spot on.

I purchased 3x the Hans Bar Stools for our new kitchen islands and they are stunning, look so much more expensive than they were. Delivery was very smooth and I got a very fast reply when I had a question. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Bought a wegner chair - walnut, the delivery is fast and the quality is great but a little too big for a small person like me (I am 5’3) Unfortunately the measurements from the diagram is not clear, the line shown for the overall size but it is actually for the seat size, so it too big for my table and we have to return.

We ordered 6 Pierre Chairs in walnut and they are truly a thing of beauty! Dealing with Muha was a really pleasant experience, communication was easy and my emails we responded to quickly and with as much help as possible. In terms of the chairs themselves these are 5 stars all the way!!!

My reasoning for 4 stars is because of the delivery process. DHL as a delivery partner really let down my overall experience. They lost our chairs, then found them, then kept them in their warehouse for 2 weeks rather than delivering them to us, then only delivered 5 and one of them was damaged, eventually delivering the 6th chair to us a week later than the others. 3 weeks after we weren't meant to receive it. HOWEVER Muha tried everything to get in contact with DHL and help get the chairs delivered to us and i know Muha was also incredibly frustrated by DHL as well. Muha also sent us out a replacement chair as soon as i explained one was damaged.

So overall i would recommend Loop and Twist highly, their chairs speak for themselves (and if it wasn't for how gorgeous the chairs are and how great Muha was I would be giving a lot less starts because of DHL). A new delivery partner is strongly needed!

This is the most beautiful handcrafted item - we absolutely love our new chairs. They are a real highlight in our new kitchen and we even contemplate to get two more.

Delivery time was brilliant, the quality of the chairs is phenomenal, we were extremely impressed by the quality of not only the chairs but the thought that had gone into the packaging, the chairs were extremely well protected. Fully recommend if you’re looking for high end yet fairly priced furniture that will last forever and stand the rest of time in terms of durability

Bought a chair and stool and was impressed with both. Easy communication and quick delivery. Both chair and stool were well made, solid and look beautiful.

Amazing quality craftsmanship! Highly recommended!!!

The dining chair looks great but unfortunately the quality is not good,
The slightest knock of the wood
Takes the stain completely off.
Even when I rested my hand on the chair the back of my ring marked the chair.
The seat padding is also very thin and uncomfortable to sit on.

I did sent a email to the company snd was told this was due to the soft wood of the chair.

My first purchase with the brand was about 4 months ago. Since getting my first order, I was so impressed with the quality that I went back to purchase 8 of the Pierre Chair in Black for my dining table. Again, faultless quality - worth every penny.

I had a few questions for each of my orders, and each time when I sent an Instagram DM, my questions were answered in great detail - and on the same day!

Delivery was also seamless for me. I was a little worried because of the high value. But the courier used was professional and tracked 100% end to end.

Really pleasant experience, and a business that I would recommend to everyone.

I would 100% recommend Loop & Twist. The quality of their furniture is absolutely amazing and are such beautiful designs.
