My rugby team has Looseheadz has a sponsor and I wanted to be able to support the charity so bought a t shirt, after the sweatshirt I wanted was out of stock. So glad I did as it is great quality, lovely and thick so will last and fits me well. I also made a donation at the checkout as well. Will definitely be buying the sweatshirt when it's in stock

I agree Looseheadz are a fantastic business with clear purpose, values, and quality products.

However in attempting to make a simple exchange, following the process online I have heard nothing for 5 weeks. My 2 messages on the contact us page, on 2 Face Book posts and even 3 on Linkedin have all gone un answered. All I want to do is exchange the t-shirt purchased as a duplicate gift. This situation is still ongoing, and this review, an attempt to hope someone from the business with reply.

Easy to order from. And spreading the message of mental health is fantastic too. I have a lot of T-shirts promoting mental health which a lot of people have praised me for. Keep up the great work!

Not a review I want to leave , as I want to support the cause.
I returned my item on the 3rd of August 2023 , this was received on the 4th of August - no refund received as yet. I have chased 3 times via the website, Facebook and insta but no response. Website offers live chat with "Lucy" but no chat is available and there is no contact number.

Can someone please process my refund - I am not adverse to purchasing a different item as I want to support.

I ordered 2 tee shirts which arrived a few days later. I needed a larger size so returned the shirts. Within 3 days I had the replacement tee shirts. Great quality, easy returns and a really good fit. Will definately buy more from Looseheadz and support this brilliant charity.
Fantastic idea and great company to deal with.

The idea The company promotes is a great thing for rugby, but when I originally signed up it advertised a 10% discount off your first order. That was two years ago, I'm still waiting for the discount code. I wasn't particularly bothered about the discount, but I emailed them, sent them a message via their website and also put a message on their Facebook page and replied on several of their emails advertising their clothing I've received. This has going on over the last year, so far I've not had any response from the company. The result is I've not ordered anything from them, not because of cost, but because of failure to respond in any way. Big rugby names in their advertising but I'm starting to wonder if they are what they are actually advertising.

Top quality kit, with quick delivery of orders - and a worthwhile cause; what’s not to like??

I ordered a few t-shirts and a hoodie from Looseheadz. I got them in medium but sent them back for a large as a bit more of a nicer fit. Delivery was quick and easy to exchange. Lovely quality clothes and nice that it goes to a good cause. Will definitely buy from here again.

Love the shirt and the quality / cause. I would have given a 5star rating but initially I ordered the incorrect size and none of my subsequent emails / messages were recognised, hence had to send one back at my own expense.
