Never received order, company refusing to refund my money. Do not order from this company!!!!

This is single handedly the worst company I have ever been a customer of.
I ordered a white tracksuit, the product images looked great and the quality on the ads seemed perfect.
Unfortunately, the product I received (I ordered on feb 1st 2026, and recieved and requested to return the item on 19th Feb 2026) was your standard white label, low quality import straight from the far east. The £80 price tag did not reflect whatsoever in the quality.
As soon as I opened the packaging I sent an email to return the item. It’s been over two months and I am still without a return address. They bounce me from email to email, and assure me they are working on it.
This is not the case. They are delaying hoping I give up in my efforts to return the item. I do not want the low quality product, and they refuse to allow me to return it. I would like a refund on the item, and obviously they’re not willing to honour their obligations as a vendor.
They have failed to meet the most basic customer services standards. I am happy to forward the email chain sharing my experience with anyone curious.
COLESICE you must do better. I am writing this review on 14/04/2026, 2 months on from my initial return request on 19/02/2026. I haven’t even been given the address to return it too.
es ist nichts angekommen seit 5 monaten. Lieber nichg kaufen es gibt btw viel besser scuba trackies als colesice.

Waited over a month emailed twice poor lack of service and communication definitely would advise the company to use better delivery services. Was meant to be a birthday present and it looks like it’s becoming a Christmas present! All jokes aside I definitely was naive in trying to help a small business out by purchasing with them. Should have checked the reviews on here before ordering. I know small businesses become big eventually with the right people, services and mistakes they’ve made and learnt from so let’s hope this is a lesson to do better and improve their company. Still haven’t received the item and asked for a refund and it’s not possible as it’s in transit and neither the delivery team nor company can let me know where it is. Haven’t reached out to let me know what has happended on happening. Shows the company only cares for the money prospect and not delivery high quality products or service to consumers.

I wish I read their reviews before I ordered anything from them. And I think COLESICE IS biggest SCAMMERS. Action need to be taken.

I’m now 42 days into waiting for my “ships next day “ tracksuit what a joke both replies I received from the company were lousy half answers if it doesn’t arrive soon I will consider legal action
Do not buy from this company my son ordered some joggers back in December and they still haven't arrived and they are refusing to give him a refund due to them saying its in transit for 3 months its a joke

Waiting for delivery since November 2025 and until now Colesice won’t send me my money back.
awful quality, I received tracksuite without logo, different colours, wrong size and without details. I can find the tracksuit for 20 euros at supermarket.

I have waited my order 3 months now. Customer service dosen’t refund my order. I don’t recommend this shop, save your money and buy somewhere else.

Under consumer act you can get your money back if your order hasn't arrived within a month.
Let them be late for a month,then dispute through PayPal.

Zero stars! Nothing arrives on time - 2 months my son who saved up has waited for part of the tracksuit! First kart took over a month! Now over 2 months on - they ignore a 16 year olds request for an update and refund. Utter disgrace! Avoid and don’t let your kids order either. Review on all social media platforms to stop this theft!
