Item arrived relatively quickly but it’s far too small. Requested to change sizes via the email as stated on their website, but after several attempts to contact them I still haven’t gotten a reply.
Very frustrating as I like the t shirt.
Likely be going on vinted at this rate.
Very poor customer service which is a shame.

Absolutely abysmal experience. Whilst their designs may lure you in. Their customer service is appalling. No communication whatsoever and wished I’d have read the previous reviews before placing my order.

Will never purchase again.

Awesome company. Great designs and quick service. I’ve had two t-shirts and a hoodie so far. One of the t-shirts I wanted in the opposite colour way, and this was no problem at all as they print all the shirts themselves.
Both the t-shirts and hoodie are great quality and the sizing is good.
Communication is quick and friendly too.

I’m very happy with the quality of the product. Delivery time was as stated and communication was clear and kept me informed.
Unusual designs not available anywhere else and great quality print and fabric, it has washed well too.

Yes you do eventually after many weeks get your stuff. They're just don't respond to any messages, emails or posts from social media. Makes you think are they genuine... They're, just rubbish at replying or sending stuff out on time

I bought two tshirts, one recently and one a couple of years ago. They've washed well and I like the designs. They took a little while to arrive but I assume this is because they are printed to order by a third party. I have never tried to contact the company so I can't review their customer service.

Great products and although there is a little bit of a backlog with any queries you might send in, hold tight until they get up to speed with everything due to some tweaks that are in progress in the background! I love the Vlad design!

I ordered from them on the 12th of January. It still has not arrived and, much like other customers, any attempt to send an email is met with the email bouncing back

Still waiting for my order. Ordered on 25th December and still waiting. Like previous customers I have tried contacting them. The Info email given just bounces back 😢
There is no form of communication on how to contact them for updates.
Starting to feel cheated.

Ordered items on the 17th Dec 25, got an email confirming order and saying I should have an email when items dispacthed.

Did not recieve that email, on 3rd Jan recieved an email saying I should have my items and asking for a review.

I waited and on 6th Jan sent an email asking for an order update.

Now its the 13th Jan and still have had no response after sending second update request via thier website contact form.

Update as of 21st January 2026.
After this negative review and negative review via the Shop app, I received an email from Royal Mail saying that my parcel was out for delivery.
Seems quite coincidental.

Parcel arrived and sent from third party The Printshop. Quality of items good and good fit. Still have had no communication or reply from Lost World Clothing

Placed order mid December.
T-shirt still not arrived, cannot email the company as the emails bounce back.
Received an email assuming I'd had delivery and asking me to check and follow up with them. Pointless, as again any reply email bounces back.
Seems to be a scam.

Never arrived, email bounces back and they have a cheek to ask for review.

Ordered on 12/12/25 for Christmas, still not received the order. Messaged to follow up no response. Seems like a scam. Email does not exist, social media not read. Item tracking doesn’t work. Only writing on here as no methods of communication seem to be responded too.

Order not received, no communication from the company. Email address for queries does not exist, with emails bouncing. I've gone through my card supplier for a refund.

Where is my order?

Bit silly asking for a review when I haven’t even received it!

Scam. Scam. Scam. I want my money back!

No idea what is happening with my order. All communication with Lost World remains unanswered. Potentially a scam.

Absolute scammers. No response to all emails sent, thats if you even get one sent through as most bounced as address unknown. No response to Instagram and Facebook comments and surprise, surprise NO ORDER and NO REFUND. Avoid like the plague unless you like throwing money away.

Order not received (ordered 14/12/2025) now its 29/12/2025. email address on website not accessible. Tried contact form on website multiple times - no response. Not communication from shipping company. Not good enough.
