Still have not received my order. I have sent multiple follow up emails to get proper tracking info that actually works since their automated system sends a tracking app that does not work. They even sent me an automated email saying I should have received my item by now and asking for a review. I responded to that email directly, same as other follow up emails, still with no response. Even gave a weeks time for them to respond before posting negative review. I would like to get tracking info on this or get a full refund for items I still have not received nearly 1 month after placing my order. 10/10 would not recommend ordering from this company with zero customer service support.

A great website. Easy to find designs and style . A lovely quality t-shirt with a unique design. Quick delivery and well packaged.

The designs are lovely and I was very excited for my shirts, however when they arrived two were very cheap vinyl prints on the t-shirt that looked like they would crack after one wash. The third t-shirt was a better print, but all three were an absolutely terrible fit, Some sort of over-oversize??? On top of the incredibly baggy fit, the neckline was loose and the arms laughable. Looking at their products online I was expecting a far better fit, and a far better finished item, but sadly not the case. I'm also not a fan of the returns policy. Nothing in the package to send it back, you have to email them to wait for instructions (mail it back at your own cost). I've only just returned my items so I haven't received my refund yet; hopefully it won't be a long wait

Quick delivery, the print quality is good. However the fit of this shirt is awful. Boxy fitting, the neck is too wide and the sleeves are enormous. It’s been sat in the draw since it arrived, will probably just use it for an around the house shirt. Shame.

Second time ordering from Lost World. Great quality mixed with great designs. What’s not to love?

This email was sent on Sunday and it is now Tuesday and I still haven’t received my order.

Terrible quality t-shirt. Looks very faded as if it’s old and been washed many times. Raised issue via email soon as it arrived and have had no response for 2 weeks. Do not waste your money.

Ordered an item at the end of November, wasn't dispatched til 2 weeks later and no reply to my email chasing it up. Now need to exchange said item and no reply to multiple emails.

Placed my order on the Christmas. Still nothing. Yet, I have email saying that I should have received my order by now and you want a review? Here’s one - how about giving me what I order and shipping it out with actual tracking instead of whatever you guys have switched to now. Why the hell has my item that I PAID FOR taking this long to arrive? Why isn’t the tracking working properly? I want what I paid for. It shouldn’t take a month for a single item to arrive.

Order confirmed 2 weeks ago, nothing yet received,despite a fast dispatch advertised, no reply to multiple emails, even had an email saying “ You “should” have received your order now, how did we do?”
I would not recommend this product, I just want my money back now but I’m not getting any replies

I’d been asking my husband what he wanted for Christmas for a while and finally in the middle of December he sent me some ideas, a couple of which were from this website. I picked a jumper and a t-shirt and also qualified for a free gift, love a free gift. The order was placed but I did not realise each order is printed once placed, I was a bit worried about the time I had left until the big day. Well, the order was shipped within a couple of days and by the mercy of the delivery gods it arrived 2 days before Christmas. It arrived well packaged and the quality was fantastic. The free gift, a tote bag that matched one of the tops, I don’t know if this was on purpose or a happy coincidence but I wrapped it all up. Well my husband was over the moon, he loves the tops, they look and fit fantastic. The designs are so unique and are top quality. He also loves the bag, it goes shopping with us now. Will be keeping an eye out for future designs as this will be my go to for presents now.
