Worst site ever plz avoid win and they close you account

I don't really see the point in writing reviews anymore clearly no one is looking in to what sites are doing now days this site is complete garbage and no matter how many bad reviews it has or how many deposits you make you will never win it baffles me how they still hold a licence ( or do they we will never no it's 100 percent controlled for them to win people are complaining about them trying to withhold withdraws I will never no that as I've put around 800 pound on here and never had the chance to even withdraw anything I've not even bin able to get over any amount I've put on because it's that controlled i don't no how they can call it a gambling site when there's never a chance to win it's all one way what is this so called gambling commission for they do nothing clearly that's all probably a lie as well and there ripping us all off as well it's disgusting they actually don't care because if you deleted the site the next generation will sign up and they will just repeat the process if its a gamble then at least make it feel like it for god sake its unbelievable what theses sites can do now days and get away with this site is by far the worst one on the Internet and probably will be for a long time because no one is even bothered there all line in there pockets with people's money on a false narrative it's a joke stay away it's more stress than it's worth also if they no how gambling makes people feel sometimes witch they do then they clearly are in it for one reason only for your money there not interested who they applie stress to it's just greed it should be taken down straight away until its bin properly looked in to done with this site completely and will advise everyone i no and also evey one on here to stay well away unless you like giving your money away if you do like giving it away though theres better places for that not here

Awful experience do not use this site! Played on here a few months ago all seemed OK withdrawls a little slow even after being verified. Fast forward a few months played again. Won a bit made a withdrawl of £400 not a massive amount. Then problems started withdrawl taken over 72 hours. Then bounced back into account. By this point card expired. Tried to add new card wouldn't let me. Lots of emails and live chat given me different replies. System error apparently. Then stopped my game play. Then responsible gambling team emailed changed my deposit limit. Then wanted more verification even though verified with id months ago! Withholding my withdrawl now so account closed! Not worth the hassle do not play here. I would give zero star if I could!

AVOID! Wouldn’t even give 1 star. I have played on the site a few times and have previously verified myself and withdrawn winnings. I recently won £7000 and I’ve tried to withdraw £2100 over 4 separate withdrawals. They have withheld my winnings and asked for bank statements and wage slips. I sent these over within 4 hours of them requesting and was advised a review can take up to 72 hours but it’s usually a lot quicker. That was now 5 days ago I’ve received no update on my money and they have now suspended my account as I said that the stress is effecting my mental health so I cannot see my money or contact them via online chat. All I keep getting told is they will be in touch!

Scamming bastards gets your hopes up when your betting low as soon as you do big bets is scams you and doesn’t give you bonus rounds they are controlling it from other side to rob you

Scam site haven’t received my withdrawal since last Friday saying that withdrawal are quick and instant but asking me for load of verifications with I have provide but they don’t respond nor does the live chat help either they are like chat bot they just repeat themselves no stop and no help I’m just worried there gonna close my account and not pay me my money in my eyes don’t use the site

DO NOT use this site. Nearly a month I deposited £300 and won £1400. Since then, I’ve had nothing from them. Only way is to communicate is the live chat. They block your account.. I’ve sent numerous of ID. And alls they keep doing is asking for more. There now asking me for a PayPal statement which I’ve never even used???

Won over £600, I requested to withdraw then my account gets locked for verification I sent all identification they asked for and now ive woke up with my account saying it’s been excluded from there site without no warning or any explanation

Hello everyone i have been playing on this website for close to a week. My very honest opinion iş that that the site has no issues. İ have deposited 500 pounds went on to bring that ton2000 and than lost it . Than went to deposit another 250 withdraw 3800 pounds. The very next that i withdraw another 5000 and right now i um up about 7900 pounds all time on this website. Everyone iş saying that they dont pay i göt paid the Fırst withdraw was slow took about 8hrs. The rest came in less than an hour. Dont listen to people that are flaming the site.

Terrible rtp rate, they never let you win. I always play calmly, never lose control, just try to have fun always but these games are annoying and frustrating. I have been waiting over 2 months for my withdrawal, I have sent everything to them document wise, passport,driving license, bank statements, proof of the deposit from bank- EVERYTHING i have sent has been REJECTED.

Now they want to see my full bank statement showing everything that has gone through my bank with nothing crossed out,showing every transaction i have made, This is unacceptable, this is my personal bank account for my eyes only, I send this to them and it still got rejected. My bank statement has many pages which i am unable to send because the pdf file was to big so was sent in a different format just so i could send this.

I am in talks with the UK gaming commission. I have documented everything I have sent to losvegas.bet I have sent copies to the UKGC. Everything I have sent is above board and more than enough to withdraw a measly £120.

Every other casino has accepted the same documentation and accepted it, many many sites verify me instantly, yet this 1 casino is refusing to accept all documents sent.

I have now reached out to Voodoo Dreams since losvegas are not responding and
ignoring me. So far, not good! They are still refusing to pay out the £7,000. My partner sent me money on the 30th, and I gambled on the 28th, which means the funds he sent me was for something else. They've blocked both of us saying I used a third party payment (on about his money) But How stupid of them since they can clearly see that I made the deposit on the 28th and even asked to see my statement from the 19th until the 28.
But it shows on my statement as 30th as it goes into pending first but on their website they can clearly see I deposited on the 28th. So how can they block my account for a transaction that was made 2 days before I deposited ? Didn’t realise your partner can’t send you money .. my sister , who returned the £890 she owed me, is the money I used . I only deposited 200 of it as it’s my money , and I felt like gambling . Instead of asking me to verify that it's mine and not hers, they’ve just blocked me, even though I have proof. They haven't even given me a chance! I only realized this when I checked my statement. I've deposited a lot while with them, but as soon as you win a little more, they find any excuse not to pay you. Please stay away from them; I will be posting comments daily until I get my money and will be keeping everyone updated.

This is a scam, allowed me to deposit a number of times but then asked for verification to withdraw! Uploaded ID but constantly rejected and now telling me attempted too many times when they are aware it is the only ID I have. Rejected utility bill as proof of address yet again nothing wrong. Sent email and if don’t get issue resolved and my money withdrawn they are holding I will be contacting my bank to do claw backs on my transfers, will me messaging the gambling commission, action fraud and reporting the issue to the police!
