I don’t understand the negative reviews about this casino. My experience was completely different.

I won £12,000 and withdrew £10,000. They asked for verification documents, which I sent, and the very next day the money was in my bank account.

Scammers I've played loads a site's bit this one takes the piss played hundreds on fishing frenzy only to win 5pounds on a supposed bonus round total scam

I switched to this site a few weeks ago when we got a notification they where closing my usual online casino. I have a go most days spending my money before the Government get hold of it for care , I noticed after the first couple of weeks bonuses on this site where very thin on the ground!, I play other on line casinos and proper casinos all round the country so you get an idea when a machines should be paying I had a couple of small wins nothing major and used the help chat when I realised there was a problem with bonuses just encase it was a site error , I always give them benefit of doubt ..... SO last week I withdrew |£100 from the account not the first withdrawal I've had and by no means a major withdrawal , I then got a verification error and withdrawal was returned to account , not unusual most site require verification at some point. Thing go down hill fast from here!!!!!

so I left it a few days account still locked tried a withdrawal again and got same email and bounce back of payment into account , so I go for the help button That's not help REALY. I get the usual it may take 72 hours and keep getting the same verification email every time I try , its now been nearly a fortnight and still no luck verifying account , I've switched to another site for my online gambling down nearly £700 in a few short weeks because of lack of bonuses and still trying to withdraw what remains in my account. Won £2500 off this site haven’t received it. I confirmed all verification documents now asking for all different bank statements to which Iv have given them all. Told them this is added stress trying to get out winnings they blocked my account I can’t access it now as they claim the stress is due to gambling. Do not listen to all this negativity myself and my partner use the same bank account I opened an account in my name and used his/our bank to deposit!! They made me aware that this is not tolerated but still paid me out 2k that I won into my partners account!! Do not believe all these fake ass reviews paid within 24hr even with the misunderstanding

Soon as I make a deposit they have asked for documents every uk casino site I've been on have always accepted a birth certificate not this site they want your face and everything else that gose with it so now ive got pending withdrawls that they wont give to me and told me if I don't buy an Id card in 30 days they will hold my funds and close my account. Should ask for documents before another deposit is allowed to be made. Go play somewhere else wouldn't bother with this site.
