This was my third order from LouLou and I do love their baby clothing- cute and so soft. BUT their customer service stinks! Three weeks since I place my last order...it was not delivered due to THEIR mistake. It took me 2 weeks waiting to find out DLS returned this time..I emailed the company but July 3- we won't be back for 4 days due to holiday. Then wrote this response: "for some reason the street numbers and street name did not populate. So you can try to call DSL or USPS yourself to try to locate your package. IF we receive the item back to our store, then we can gladly ship back to you then with your full address." FYI: their phone number (only listed with PayPal) is non working- "Please state your name and reason for calling" Use call screening. "Person is not available". I was so frustrated with them not being responsible for their error and sending a replacement asap that I used Paypal to get a refund. This worked. While waiting, I read their webpage about refunds. NOTE: not responsible for missing or delayed packages, no overseas refunds, if granting a refund stated will charge you 10% for handling. POOR Customer service. You know shippers will not talk to anyone but the sender.

I have spent over $3,000 on this company. It was my favorite over everything.
I've been trying to exchange my christmas pre orders since i received it back on October 2nd. I've received nothing since then. I have emailed a total of 4 times along with social media & they respond they'll have someone reach me; no one ever does.
At this point, i want a refund. I will give my money to a brand that actually cares to reply.

Ordered a romper and swaddling blanket and was looking forward to a free matching hat. Of course the code they sent didn’t work. Tried emailing , but didn’t hear back. Frustrating and disappointing.

The quality of these items are amazing! After many wears they are still buttery soft and have no wash wear!

I ordered a shorts outfit for our 14 month granddaughter and ordered a 12-24 month size. When it arrived I felt it would be way too small for her (seemed closer to a 12 month size) and initiated an exchange. I ordered a 2T and it was sent out as soon as I started the exchange online. Incredibly quick to send me the exchange! Many thanks!!

The quality and customer service of this company is like no other. I am currently carrying my first child and I can honestly say I've found my new favorite brand. Definitely worth the price tag, with the cutest designs to boot!

The owner of the company, Karen is so sweet. She surprised me with a hand written note thanking me for my order and included a free rompers and two free packs of bows! I loved Lou Lou and Company before, but this confirms their appreciation for all their customers!
