What I’ve bought on Etsy is much better quality. The customer service response was basically “We don’t see anything wrong with it.” This was my first and last purchase. Expensive lesson.

I ordered a swim suit in February that…
I ordered a swim suit in February that I realized wasn’t going to be delivered until June 23. I cancelled the order as it was a gift. They still charged and sent the swim suit. I now have to pay a restocking fee and pay the shipping fee to me and back. It is costing me a total of $19 to send a product back that I cancelled. There is no customer service didn’t respond to my cancellation and there is no one that answers the phone. Order at your own risk if there is a problem! I will never order from them again!

Bad experience
I ordered two items, a custom embroidered outfit, which turned out properly and looks good, the second item I ordered was a book for fathers day, for my father. The book was a custom “grandpa and us” book. I was very disappointed with my experience.
When the book arrived, I was surprised to find that much of the wording felt generic and seemed written more for a parent than a grandparent. For example, the book includes lines about “dropping me off at school every day” and helping tie shoes. While some grandparents may occasionally do those things, they are generally responsibilities associated with parents, and the overall message did not feel tailored to a grandparent-grandchild relationship.
The content felt confusing and disconnected from the purpose of the gift. My father, who received the book, was also disappointed because many of the references simply did not make sense for their relationship. Instead of feeling personal and meaningful, it felt like a generic book with a grandparent title added to it.
When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged that some of the wording might not align with customer expectations for a grandparent-focused gift, but they refused any refund or resolution because the item was personalized. The only alternative offered was that I resell the book myself.
I understand that personalized items are often final sale, but I expected a product marketed as a grandparent gift to actually reflect a grandparent’s role. The wording seemed so out of place that I can’t imagine we were the only ones who noticed it.
My father and I were disappointed. The product did not meet our expectations, and the customer service response left me feeling like I wasted time and money on a gift that was supposed to be special. I would not purchase this item again.
What a joke
I tried to place my order but the cart defaults to the 15% discount. I cannot remove it and when I try to use the 25% discount that was sent to me, It tells me invalid. I get only one code can be used. When I reach out for help. No response. I get another email. Flash sale. The clock hits 12pm. I enter the code. Shockingly says I got it. The 2 seconds it took to go from cart to checkout the code was removed. This company is a total joke. Bait and switch for sure. Contacted the BBB. Don't waste your time. They do not care about there customers since you get no response from these people.

Of all the select brands I entrust to my daughter, Caden is #1—the hospital to welcome home outfit, Caden. The first sheets on her bed, Caden. The preferred PJs and onesies the first year, Caden. The keepsake clothes that I'll pass to my grandchildren one day, Caden.
Our daughter is two years old and her favorite sheets are Caden the exact two pair I didn't hesitate to order for the next baby in our family. I hope my cousin enjoys Caden as much as I do. Not only are you a fabric in our family for generations to come, but a cherished heirloom.

Bathing suit
I purchased a bathing suit set from Caden Lane on May 1 after making my purchase I get an email saying that the bathing suit is on back order and I won’t receive until the middle of June! The hat came first and then the personalized towel. When I found out that I wouldn’t be getting the bathing suit until mid June I asked for some compensation because now they have it on sale and they flatly refused. They also said that the item was listed as not available until mid June which I admittedly denied because I needed the order for a first birthday so I would have chosen a different product! I was only informed after the purchase and after reading these reviews I am seeing a theme! Very deceptive. I emailed the customer service twice in June about the bathing suit and have not heard anything back and yes, they have lost another customer!!! Buyer Beware!

So misleading and false advertising
So misleading and false advertising. I’m not sure why a bamboo company would even sell organic cotton and price it so high when you can find organic cotton at Walmart. I was under the impression that this was a bamboo company (which they are) and ordered a onesie and it was FIFTY DOLLARS, for 1 singular onesie, all for it to actually be cotton, no bamboo at all. Ridiculous. They wouldn’t even give me a complimentary bamboo onesie, a refund, a gift card, nothing, even though this is a high dollar brand. You can tell all they want is your money and do not care about you as a customer. I will not be shopping here again.
Tacky and Cheap
Very disappointed . Do not buy the customizable plush blanket. It looks so cheap and tacky. It looks nice in the photo but IT IS NOT. Customer service doesn’t work with you, they just copy and paste the no return policy even though the blanket is nothing like what I was expecting. Never ordering from here again because I feel they’re deceptive in their ads and photos.
Excellent customer service
I had a credit on my account but wasn’t sure how to apply it, so I emailed the question, got an informative reply with a link to my credit and how to apply it, placed an order and was able to use my credit! Speedy and helpful customer service!
Buyers beware
Buyers beware: second time I’ve purchased from this company and both times our PJS have gotten holes in them within months. The company will not replace outside a 30 day window. I ordered in February and one pair I ordered had multiple holes by April when I first contacted them. Between now and then the other two have holes as well. I reached out again to see if they might reconsider a replacement and again, I was told no. Had the same issue when my son was a baby and he was a lot less active so I don’t believe it’s an us issue. I have purchased much cheaper brands (even sellers on whatnot) and those have held up for years.
I really wanted to give them higher but…
I really wanted to give them higher stars, but I think it’s wrong to not honor your promises as a business. They promised a 25% discount, then flat out said they wouldn’t honor it. They literally changed their minds. I only had 2 items in my cart, and they decided that it was just too much of a discount after all. If it was too much, please don’t text me the coupon code to begin with. When confronted with this they strung me along saying they would bring this up to management, and told me to hang tight. They (what I assume was an AI) told me they still hadn’t heard back. I’m over it, it’s been 3 days. It’s pretty silly considering they just lost a loyal customer who has shopped with them many times before.
I will say this, the products themselves are very soft and beautiful. I have ordered from them for my sons and daughters multiple times. I just can’t pretend like it’s okay to make promises you can’t keep, or rather won’t keep.

Updating my review because I don’t have the option to reply to your response. I have a screenshot of the time and response. It was not because I was too late to use the code. It was in the time frame that was given. It was 100% because you decided not to honor the discount you sent me. 5% may not seem like much to complain about, but then again, was it really worth losing a customer?
This is an exact quote…
“ I checked your cart and was able to apply the SURPRISE code-it's working right now for 20% off, not 25%. There's no error or block, but the system is only honoring 20% at this time, even though your SMS mentioned 25% until midnight.”
Then I got told that y’all would try to fix it and never heard back. So no, that was not the problem, the problem was not honoring your word. There was already a 20% sale on the website, but it was supposed to be an exclusive code because I am subscribed via text.
The fact that you didn’t try to make it right, and instead tried to pin it on the customer made me drop my review another star.

Easily one of the pooret customer service experiences I've ever had. They only shipped 1/2 my order and it's impossible to get anyone one the phone - only a bot. 5 weeks later, 1/2 of the balance of my order arrived (still misisng an item) - way too late to gift to the new parents.

I placed an order in April 2026 2 personalize bows and a swaddle blanket. I received my bows but no blanket . I sent a email to company they responded back that my blanket was on back order. A week ago I sent through text messages that I wanted a refund because I don’t have time to wait as baby is soon to be born. Chat person told me the blanket was sent with my bows. No they were not then chat person said we will get this taken care of. I’m still waiting. I want a refund I did not get it and they know I did not.

I placed a mommy and me bathing suit. I received mommy but not baby. I was told by their customer service that it was a presale item and would ship mid June. Then on May 18th they refunded money without telling me. I had to contact them multiple times they never reached out to me. Terrible customer service and you would think they would make it right just ship the item but no. I wasted time buying mommy item. I will never buy from this company again!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience regarding two personalized items I purchased from your company as gifts for my daughter and newborn granddaughter.
Although tracking information stated the packages were “delivered to mailbox,” I never received either item. My mailbox is locked, and there was no delivery photo, signature confirmation, or proof of delivery provided. I immediately contacted your customer service team for assistance. I was not initially requesting a refund — I simply asked for the items to be resent.
Instead, I was repeatedly directed back and forth between your company and the shipping carriers, with no clear resolution or accountability from either side. After exhausting all options, I disputed the charges with my bank due to the missing items. Unfortunately, the dispute was challenged, and the charges were reapplied to my account despite the lack of proof that I actually received the merchandise.
What makes this even more upsetting is that these were personalized gifts intended for important family moments that cannot be replaced. The entire situation has been stressful, frustrating, and handled very poorly from a customer service standpoint.
