I am very dissatisfied with Caden lane

I am very dissatisfied with Caden lane. I ordered a blanket with my grandsons name on it and realized it left out a letter of his name. My fault but notified them within minutes of the order to correct it and I do mean minutes and they told me they could not correct it and if I wanted to reorder it they would give me 40% off but I would have to pay again..I notified them within minutes of the order but they did not assist with correcting it. I will never order again. With 3 grandchildren I would have had plenty of orders to come. Very shortsighted on their part. Will never order again

Super fast response time on my order…

Super fast response time on my order and great communication! Didn’t know about them when I had my first but absolutely my favorite while carrying my second little one! Can’t wait for all my cute stuff 🥰

Amazing products and awesome customer service

Firstly, I LOVE Caden Lane products and can’t wait for my baby girl to wear/use them! I’m due in 5 weeks and I’m so excited! I even ordered a coming home outfit from yall!
Secondly, customer service is phenomenal and very quick to respond. Thank you so much!

False Advertising Availability of Items

I was really excited to order a personalized matching set for our second son to match what we ordered for our first son as a special keepsake for them - however, this time after ordering, I received only 1 item of 2 that I ordered - to which after reaching out to them did I learn it was a backordered item - I placed my order March 1… it is May 11th (15 days after the updated, estimated backorder shipping date) and I am still being told the item has yet to restock or become available to ship. All while the website publicly mentions the item is “available to ship with 2-3 day shipping”… when I brought this to their attention - I was told that sometimes the website “lags” in updating current inventory - sure, by several months?

I find it additionally suspicious that neither their social media nor website houses a public review location - when I also brought that to their attention, they said I could leave a review through trustpilot.com… where would I have found that prior to order? I wouldn’t have even known that was an option to check and I still cannot see any reviews for them through this site yet either - so I will have to continue digging.

They list 706k followers, but only receive about 5-10 engagements on their posts on average unless it is a boosted ad, which seems to be again an additional red flag. I had a great experience 3 years ago with our first son, so I am extremely disappointed that is not the case now.

Back Orders not communicated until AFTER the purchase

I made a purchase based on an Instagram ad. There was absolutely NO mention of the item being on back order when I made the purchase. I received an email AFTER the purchase went through saying my order would be delivered AFTER JUNE 25th!!!! 6 weeks after my purchase. Unacceptable. I would have happily changed my order had I been given notice BEFORE the purchase. I will never order from this site again. They also added shipping protection without my consent and added a charge. Disappointed in every aspect of this transaction.

I absolutely love all of my Caden …

I absolutely love all of my Caden lane pieces! Literally the softest fabric ever for my baby. Their customer service is a 10/10 also. I needed to size up on an item that was back ordered and they did it for me so fast and with no problem at all! You won’t regret buying their clothes for your baby!

Several orders and extremely happy each time!

I have placed a few orders the last few months and I love the quality of the products and I love their customer service. Any questions that I have had were answered very quickly and the customer service person is always very helpful, pleasant and wonderful! I look forward to my next purchase and I highly recommend Caden Lane!!

A fraud

A fraud . On their website they have written that for international shipping the import duties are calculated at time of checkout . I ordered 2 clothes and one name plate for my new born . Today I have received the name plate only and I have to pay 35.44 euros import duties . The customer care is useless pathetic and provides misleading information

Beautiful baby products, AMAZING customer service

This was the first time I've ordered from Caden Lane, and the experience did not disappoint. I had a problem placing my order and was immediately offered help via text to successfully place my order within minutes. I then needed help with a shipping issue and the problem was resolved in the quickest way possible with options given almost immediately. I've NEVER had customer service like this...immediate feedback via text and email. This is the first company I've not regretted haven given my phone number. I haven't actually seen the product yet because my order is in enroute, but everything online looks amazing. I'm very excited to see the gift I've purchased, and I'm so grateful that it will now hopefully arrive on time for the baby shower with all of the amazing and caring help I've received from this company! I ordered for the beautiful baby items, but I'll return for the unbelievable customer service.

I had such a great experience with Caden Lane’s customer service! I reached out because I wanted to change my daughter’s middle name on a customized blanket and wooden sign I ordered, and they responded in less than 5 minutes. They were so kind, helpful, and quick to fix my request. It honestly made the whole experience stress-free, and I’m so grateful for how smoothly everything was handled!

I am beyond disappointed with my…

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Caden Lane and will never order from them again.
I spent over $200 on 7 Easter bags for my kids to color with fabric markers, along with 2 packs of fabric markers specifically for that activity. This was a time-sensitive Easter purchase, so I paid an additional $30 for express 2–3 day shipping to ensure everything arrived in time.
What did this company do? They shipped the markers separately the very next day using express shipping — but then shipped the actual Easter bags, the main item I needed, the following day using regular ground mail. So the inexpensive markers arrived quickly, but the essential Easter bags did not.
My time-sensitive Easter bags were shipped on 3/31/2026. I had specifically paid $30 for express 2–3 day shipping. Had they actually used the service I paid for, the package would have clearly arrived by 4/2 or 4/3 — well before Easter. Instead, they chose to send the most important part of my order through regular ground shipping, which delayed delivery until 4/6/2026 — the day after Easter.
When I brought this up, they completely ignored the actual issue. Rather than addressing the fact that they failed to use the express shipping I paid for, they repeatedly hid behind the excuse that Easter items are not guaranteed after March 22nd. That response glosses over the most important fact: if they had honored the shipping method I purchased, the items would have arrived in time. This was not about guarantees — it was about them taking my money for a service they did not provide.
It felt as though they assumed I would not notice the difference, as if basic math and delivery timelines somehow did not apply. The facts are simple: I paid for 2–3 day express shipping, and they knowingly sent the critical items by ground mail instead.
What was most upsetting was their complete lack of accountability. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, and no effort to make things right. Their only concern seemed to be keeping my money. As a customer who spent $221 on this order, I was treated as though my experience did not matter at all.
I also question how transparent this company is with customer feedback. If this review disappears, it will only reinforce the impression that they carefully manage what potential customers are allowed to see. I will absolutely be sharing my experience elsewhere because people deserve to know how this company operates.
In the end, they took my $30 shipping fee without providing the service, made my $221 Easter order worthless, and showed zero care for the customer they inconvenienced. This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a company.
I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere — to a company that values its customers, honors the services they charge for, and at the very least offers an apology when they fail.

I do want to help clarify what happened with your order. The fabric markers and Easter bags were shipped separately because the bags are personalized items, and those are fulfilled on a different timeline than ready-to-ship products. This is noted in the order confirmation email so families know items may arrive in separate packages.

Regarding shipping, while expedited service was selected, our Easter delivery cutoff to guarantee arrival by the holiday was March 22. Since your order was placed on March 31, the personalized bags required production time before they could ship. They were completed and shipped late April 1, picked up on April 2, and delivered on April 6—arriving within the 2–3 business day expedited shipping window once in transit.

We hear your concern about the shipping cost and timing, and we’re truly sorry this impacted your Easter plans. That’s never the experience we want for our customers, especially for moments as meaningful as holidays.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback—it’s taken seriously and helps us continue improving both our communication and processes moving forward.

Excellent customer service!

I placed an order one evening and accidentally ordered 2 of each item.
I emailed Caden Support and they responded right away! They were able to refund me for the accidental dups! I appreciate the quick response and quick refund, thank you Caden Lane! Always love ordering from places with GREAT customer service 💕

Excellent Customer Service

Placed order and needed to return…

Placed order and needed to return items. After return was processed, I had questions about the reorder. Customer support said they would escalate the concern but that seemed to go into a black hole. To date, no response.
As a grandparent ordering gifts for my grandchildren, I would be hesitant to order again from Caden Lane because of this experience.
Response to Caden Lane’s reply below: Caden Lane says they have responded. I have checked both my inbox and spam folder daily since last week. The only email I get from them are promotional or asking me to rate their customer service. So no, my issue has not been resolved.
