I placed an order on June 15, it's now July 10 and it has still not shipped and they have ignored 5+ requests for a refund.

I have been a Posh Peanut customer since my oldest daughter was a newborn. We love their products and appreciate their excellent customer service. They helped immediately when something come up and were extremely kind and gracious.

Every issue I’ve had they always made it right. Never had a problem with talking to costumer service and they are always quick to respond.

I placed two orders back to back. They were combined and shipped to me. However, in doing so, they did not ship 1 item from the first order and 2 items from the second order. I felt extremely stressed about not receiving 3 items. I emailed with Queen and she was able to send the missing items which added an extra week to me receiving the full order. She was helpful and I am happy the issue has been resolved, but having to wait to receive the missing items gave me less confidence in shopping with Posh Peanut. It would have been nice if something extra was thrown in for the hassle to help retain me as a customer.

Best customer service EVER! Love their products sooo much! My kids love their clothing too! Probably number one favorite PJS AND BLANKETS. I get compliments every time my kids were their pjs. I had a small issue with one fabric and they promptly send me a gift card for store credit and I bought different sets! Defiantly recommend!

I forgot to put in a discount code and while they did inform me that they had a policy against it, because it was my first order, they made an exception and gave me the code price! Very very helpful customer service by Queen and also very fast!

I accidentally ordered 2 of the same item instead of 1. Customer service made the adjustment without any complaints or negative feedback. It was quick, easy, and I’m so grateful because it wasn’t a cheap accident that I made. So grateful! Wonderful experience!

Customer service is great! My package didn’t get delivered but they sent me a replacement and for the item not replaceable I was given a gift card for that amount.
