I had a quality issue with a blanket I had purchased. I reached out and was able to work with Queen. She was tons of help and offered to send me a replacement blanket at no charge. Such a good experience. It’s great to know there are still companies out there that value their customers and are willing to take care of them.

There was a quality issue with a new pair of pajamas I received. I emailed, with a photo of the issue, and received a prompt response and solution. No lag time or excuses, it was greatly appreciated. I reached out on a Friday night and was not expecting to hear back from Posh Peanut’s customer service until Monday. However, Cherry replied on a Saturday! My package got lost in the mail and I contacted Posh Peanut to see what I should do. they were so helpful and sent a replacement package and even gave me a different size then what i originally ordered due to my baby boy growing so fast! They have the cutest prints and I am so happy I ordered from them!

I placed an order and noticed I had the wrong name on the shipping label. I sent an email to customer service and Queen responded quickly and resolved my issue. Great service and the cutest outfits!

I had an issue with one of the items I received. Queen was the best and made sure the issue was resolved quickly. I have never had anyone respond so efficiently. It was the best customer service I have ever received. Plus the clothes are so cute and good quality.

The fabric is wonderful

Love Posh Peanut for their high quality clothing that also seems to grow with my child so they are long lasting. They also wash well and are just beautiful - the colors and patterns. And they are so comfortable and soft to touch. Additionally, their customer care is high quality and I have had nothing but a good experience. Angela was just super helpful to me when I submitted an order with the wrong address and she was able to help me get the delivery address updated in time.

I sent an email late in the evening asking for an update on the new Hulken collab and was responded to quickly the next morning by Cherry who was wonderful and kind.
I have already purchased 3 Hulken bags as gifts and getting a fourth. Thinking about getting the matching PJs too! Great products, great people, great service... what more can you ask for? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
