I recently had to return an item from Posh Peanut, so I reached out to customer service through email. I had the pleasure of speaking with Queen, and she was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She showed such excellent customer service, kindness, and patience while helping me with my return.
I’ve been shopping with Posh Peanut for years now for both myself and my kids, and I truly love the brand. The pajamas are always incredibly soft, high quality, and so comfortable. Normally I keep everything I order because I’m always so happy with my purchases, but this time I accidentally ordered a blue pajama set thinking it was white. That was completely my mistake for not reading the description carefully enough. I’m just not much of a blue girly, so I wanted to make a return.
Queen made the entire process so easy and stress free. She guided me every step of the way and was so understanding and helpful. Great customer service like this is one of the reasons I will continue shopping with Posh Peanut for years to come. Thank you again, Queen, for your kindness and support!

So soft and amazing quality!
I’ve only placed one order so far, but the quality of both items have been amazing! They’re soooo comfortable and stretchy, I think my baby will be able to wear the items for months to come. We had one small issue with a button popping off during the first wash, which was nobody’s fault, but PoshPeanut customer service was amazing, I couldn’t recommend them more. I recently made my first purchase from posh peanut, my daughter was given a couple of dresses before and love the material! I know some say it’s thin but my daughter has obsessively worn a ruffle twirl dress for 2 years and only just looks worn! It’s so soft which is perfect for my fussy clothes kid.

Amazing comfort clothes and outstanding customer service. So cute and comfortable. Thin, breathable comfort!! Styles are so cute! My first order didnt make it to me. Queen in customer service was extremely helpful and got the items to me with no friction. My daughter in law loves what we purchased for our granddaughter and is planning to purchase mother daughter items.
Problem solved. Overall good experience
The package containing my order was damaged in transit, and a couple items were missing upon delivery. Initially, I was really frustrated that there was not a phone number to call - to speak with a human. I was equally frustrated by the slow response time of the chatbot available to message on the website. However, I did have success using the inquiry form in the "Contact Us" section of the website. Shortly after submitting the form, I received an email from Cherry. She acknowledged my disappointment in the missing items, asked for some documentation (very reasonable), and was able to issue replacements for the missing items. While the solution was not "immediate" for me, I am happy that my issue was ultimately resolved. Cherry was helpful and solved my problem as quickly as the means of communication would allow. I've ordered from Posh Peanut for years, and to my memory this is the first issue I've had. Overall good experience with the brand and the people representing them.

I recently made an order and something happened during the checkout process and it made a double order.. I noticed it by getting two separate emails with two separate order numbers.. so I quickly reached out to customer service via email and was surprised at how fast I got a response and was handled .. the duplicate order was then cancelled and the other one is now on the way! Love Posh Peanut’s bamboo outfits.. they’re adorable and my 2 1/2 year old and 14 month old granddaughters are the most stylish kids ❤️
