Love Sew Reviews

Having purchased a specific item from Love Sew in the past, I wanted another just like it for another machine. I ordered it and within days it came. Before installing it, I tested the switch and found it to be inoperative.
This can be expected ocassionally with anything mechanical. I contacted Love Sew customer service, and after viewing a short video, they quickly replaced the item! Absolutely the kind of business I want to do business with!
Thanks to Love Sew!

Ordered twice fabric and the wool iron pad. Both came quickly and met my expectations. Good to work with.

After waiting a month and a half for my original order I emailed LoveSew and they resent the order and I received it within 5 days without any problem

I am a real sucker for sewing tools and Love Sew really has some fun ones. I have had great service with a return and I really endorse this company.
thank you for the fun sewing times

I have placed two orders with this company so far. Fastest delivery!!!

I Love, Love, Love LOVE SEW. The items arrived even before they were due and in excellent condition. I'm having fun using all the goodies!! They provide accurate and understandable descriptions as well as instructions.

Order is shipping from the US despite them displaying a UK email and a contact address in the UK. I wish suppliers would stop scamming people like this.

Enjoy the new mat for ironing my quilt pieces

The postal service ripped a hole in a package and lost one roll of my ironing board cover. Love sew sent me another roll of wool.

Fast service, beautiful fabrics, wonderful price!

This was my first order from this company and I must say I was very impressed at how easy it was to place the order and how quickly I received it! The prices are very reasonable. My previous dealings with online ordering fabric has not been good. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Over the past year, I have bought the wool mat, magnets, blades and finally material. I absolutely love everything received from "Love-Sew."
After ordering True Blue material, which is a lush material of vibrant yellows and blues, I wanted more and the warehouse sent En Rouge, by mistake. It was so pretty, but I did not need it. The customer service I contacted were actual REAL PEOPLE that immediately assisted my exchange. They verified the error then sent me a mailing label for the return. My correct order arrived just days after my complaint.
Mistakes are bound to occur, it's how they are handle that makes the difference. I have great respect for Love-Sew and appreciation! Thank you, Peachie Fraust

I ordered TWO of Love Sees largest cutting mats. I was sent a small and a large. I also ordered a protector under cutting mat and it arrived with a large slash across it rendering g it completely useless.
I emailed them. No reply. Wrote a review and got a reply saying ‘we emailed you and you need to tell us which may was incorrect’. They didn’t email me at all. The entire thing was just a fob off!! Their Google reviews are shocking. I have ordered before but when things go wrong they don’t give a damn! POOR company to deal with. Love Sew don’t reply saying you emailed me when you DIDNT!!

Love Sew had the merchandise I needed and at a great sale price. I will work with them again.

I'm quite pleased with my QUILT IN A DAY TRIANGULAR SQUARE RULER PLUS 6.5". Thanks LOVE SEW.

I bought the heat erasing pens and wool mats from Love Sew and I endorse both products because of their quality and cost.
Love sew has excellent service and prompt reasonable shipping.I live in Australia so this is important to me.
I will continue to support this business.

Have always received great service and timely shipments!

I was expecting a package and was checking the tracking details regularly. Earlier this week tracking info completely disappeared and I got nervous. Emailed Customer Support and received feedback a day later with updated tracking. I really appreciate the communication as it's always better to know than not. Luckily parcel was almost here and arrived the following day. I feel comfortable that I know Love Sew supplies good quality products and even from half way around the world they will get here.

Excellent fabric quality. I would like to see some plain colors to coordinate with the shades of the vintage fabric as they are muted.
I am in Canada so with the exchange rate and shipping, it’s not that feasible to purchase or I would shop more!

Have purchased items from Love Sew marker pens that fade when ironing the material lot easier to mark fabric than tailors chalk pencils, recently purchased a bias binding to make it easier to cut fabric thread through and iron the binding never bothered trying to make bias binding before.
