Two delivery vans needed one order!
Hi - would give 5 stars for service as everything was done to the letter!
The only issue was that the two items I ordered, in the same order, were delivered separately in two boxes by two different delivery drivers. No major issue but just thinking it’s a bit inefficient and meant double carbon footprint for my order. Albeit i think i paid extra to offset.
Thanks

I love this brand, original, thoughtful designs and the quality is brilliant, who would have guessed the swimming trunks I bought were made out of plastic!

Bought two linen shirts on separate orders. Both are good quality and look very nice, but I’ve taken a star off because the sleeves on one shirt are so very much longer than the sleeves on the other shirt. So now I have to get it altered. Irritating.
