Ordered this 4 days ago. Paid the delivery charge which promised despatch usually the same day ( before 2) - I ordered after 2pm on Wednesday 10th; so was due for despatch on Thursday - nothing, Friday- nothing, heard nothing still and it’s Sunday…….no telephone number to call and no online chat.Why advertise this despatch time then? Will expect delivery cost refund when it eventually arrives ( needed this as a birthday gift so this is annoying)

Amazing! Best chocolate I’ve had in a long long time, and it’s environmentally friendly which is a huge plus for me 👍🏼 The truffles are to die for too x

Great recent experience ordering from Love Cocoa

I needed to send a gift to my Granny, and after some googling came across Love Cocoa. I was really impressed by their full range and the tree planting. Delivery was speedy, chocolate all well packaged and my Granny was delighted with the chocolates, saying they looked beautiful and tasted amazing.

I love all the chocolate from this place, it’s so yummy. I’ve given some of the bars and truffles as presents too and they’re always really well received. Just did a huge order for Christmas too. Good sustainable packaging and they plant a tree for every bar/box sold!

Lovely flavours and packaging, with is both stylish and playful. Tried some bars and also gin truffles. Would recommend it all! Like that they have a plant a tree scheme and good environmental ethos too (the ‘plastic’ is compostable and the rest is card).

Ps the salted caramel good eggs are the nicest thing ever anywhere!

Mediocre chocolate, hate the fake environmental claims to be plastic free. Its cellulose based plastic but still plastic.

A lot of "gourmet" chocolate such as that offered by this site is often overpriced. The prices on Love Cocoa are reasonable enough, especially for one-off gifts etc., and I was fortunate in that there was a sale going on, so I was able to buy some great gin-related products for a friend's birthday for an awesome price.

I had ordered them to be delivered to her house. As this was during the July heatwave, I was informed that postage was being slightly delayed to avoid melting; luckily I ordered in plenty of time and they arrived for her birthday. She was thrilled.

It's easy to take updates and communication from companies for granted, but I was most pleased to be kept informed and would definitely consider buying from Love Cocoa again.

Really splendid chocolate! Palm-oil free, slave free, single-origin, sustainable, eco packaging and blummin' gorgeous chocolate to boot! The packaging is really beautiful and inside explains about the company's eco credentials. I hope more chocolate companies go down this route of responsible manufacturing. Highly recommend!

Ordered online to try out service and product. Arrived fairly quickly in a flexible card wallet. One bar had been broken in transit so question the suitability of packaging used. Product was perfectly good but the chocolate lacked any recognisable qualities. The addition of roasted and crushed coffee beans improved things very much and I enjoyed the coffee flavoured product very much thanks to the crushed coffee beans. There are brands of chocolate which can be recognised by taste alone and that is a good thing. At the premium price I would want better packaging for online orders.
I would purchase again if I find the coffee flavoured bar at a local store.

Bad start for a Christmas gift..

Ordered a subscription gift for someone in December as a Christmas gift, expecting LC to contact the recipient to start the subscription OR at least wait until the following month to start - as with most subscriptions (I’ve ordered several recently), however LC sent out the order straight away.

Obviously this has ruined my gift which is rather annoying and disappointing, nor do they send out anything to print out for the recipient.

Personally would not use this company again, not helpful at all trying to resolve matter or give me any options - orders has been sent out and that is that. Recommend looking elsewhere if you’re wanting a subscription gift. And good customer service.

Really not good chocolate - very disappointed. Expected much more from James Cadbury but this isn't even as good as Dairy Milk (and that has been ruined recently)

I bought a gin and chocolates set for a friend and they loved it. Such a lovely idea and gorgeous packaging. Will definitely order again.

The sea salt caramel milk chocolate and honeycomb milk chocolate are GORGEOUS! I could literally eat an entire bar at one go - absolutely delicious. Love the packaging as well - a great gift idea!

Delighted to discover this lovely company, with such a wonderful heritage. I ordered three working days before Christmas and my order arrived before forty eight hours were up. The chocolate is utterly delicious, of the highest quality, beautifully packaged too and am so pleased to have discovered this company.
