Received two mashed up geranium plugs in packet for 12
Received 1 part of an order for 3 different sets of geranium plugs and plants. There were 2 plugs in the package when there should have been 12 and those two plugs were loose in the packaging and completely destroyed. I have emailed to cancel my entire order after this unsatisfactory experience.

My spinach plants did not arrive and after contacting the courier I was told to get in touch with Marshalls to get a refund or a replacement as my package was damaged in transit.I did this but I have not had a response or reply yet.I buy a lot of plants from you and I think I am treated badly.

Sweetcorn Earlibird arrived as a jumble…
Sweetcorn Earlibird arrived as a jumble in the box of dry compost. Many very small plants described as garden ready. They were not. Most plants broken and withered. Contacted Marshalls on the day of delivery 17/4 requesting a refund. No reply to date.

The packaging of my plants were awful
The packaging of my plants were awful. I did have to complain about this and when received packing still wasn't brilliant

Poor packaging
I have received 2 orders of live plants so far and both were not satisfactory.
The plants inside the packaging were dislodged and scattered with the soil falling from the box.
It would appear that the packaging of the plants is not good enough for the rigours of postal delivery

The service and delivery is terrible!
The order 2/3 plants arrived in a battered cardboard box and some plants were tumbled outside of the plastic plug box with compost. Did not arrive on the date expected.
1/3 order did not arrive on the date expected and a refund for NO delivery was given !
I’m not ordering from Marshall’s again!
