Made an order, items were sent separately (perfectly fine), half the order was missing. Filled out an online help form, heard nothing back. Half my order still hasnt arrived and im roughly £30 down as a result. Still heard nothing.

Good product, good value

Plants are top quality good delivery times and very well packaged and very well priced I've been shopping with thompson and morgan for many years and will continue to do so .

I've ordered lots of bulbs, plants, fruit trees, etc, from Thompson & Morgan these past several years, both for my allotment and to adorn pots at home. All have arrived in great condition and good quality. The website is easy to navigate and place orders, and it's good how you get email updates, also how their customer services put right any niggles or errors.

Exellent plants

Part of the order arrived in good time. A pack of 3 calmatis plants all in different conditions. One well grown, one OK and one that I expect to be dead come the spring.
The gooseberries look good very pleased with those.
Part of the order hasn’t turned up very little communication.
A little underwhelming is my opinion.

It was not your fault that the two hanging baskets were badly delivered . On all sides of the packaging there were signs to shew which way up the parcel should be handled. The were pictures saying live plantse. The parcel was deivered in an upright postion cauing much of the soil to fall out of the baskets. The flowers were damaged. I have had an apology from the delivery firm and also reported the incident to your customer service department

The quality of the flowers were very poor , many of them were broken and they were limp , the flowers were really only half a basket the other half was crushed and broken it looks ridiculous whilst hanging up ,extremely disappointing I won't be ordering from you again.

order arrived, eventually, in good order and all items present. Whether they flower as described one will have to wait and see!! It was REALLY annoying that all items specifically chosen as "in stock" arrived in multiple packages over several weeks so much angst awaiting and checking their arrival. Suggest you make this information available at point of orded in future

All plants were thriving & extremely well protected, I’m very pleased with my purchase & will recommend Thompson & Morgan to all my friends & family.

The deal was excellent and unlike other vendors I got what I expected to get. The service was great, communication was also great and I was informed at every stage. Even the delivery company used was very good. The 2 hanging baskets I ordered were very well packaged for delivery and I couldn't be happier.

Ordered bulbs offer in Sept and they aren’t going to be delivered until mid November! Won’t be using this company again.
