AVOID!! The carpet ordered via Amazon was never received when I reported the issue they sent a POD which clearly was not my address, when I reported this to them they sent me a passive agressive response to my genuine concern and query. When I challenged their response they closed my complaint without any resolution. Disgraceful customer service so I am out of pocket with no order ever received. Amazon should also be ashamed to allow a company like this to sell on their platform.

these rats sent me 10 sqm instead of 10 packs which is what i ordered and they say i didn't lying rats i cant return as they hang up on me and dhl does not anwser all this in 1 day from dropping off at my door Decieving rats all this for pound notes there is no good above ground any more like there should be

You order something and you expect the item to be delivered once you get the order confirmation. That is how things normally work but not with loveflorring. They confirmed the order and cancelled it without an explanation or email or nothing. I was checking the order to see if there is a delivery time and saw that was cancelled. Would not even know if I didn’t check and I could have waited all day Friday for the order to arrive. Very annoying.

There is no other way to reply to your comment @loveflooring but will write it here: the only email I got from you is order confirmation also if the product is unavailable I should not be able to order and pay for it right? Yet I still managed to do it and no apology was sent, just the order cancelled. And as a suggestion, you can always recommend alternatives to clients with something similar, people in general are not loyal to a certain floor brand they just like the look and specs of it! You are definitely loosing business here

They allegedly sent my item via Evri. Postcode wrong and Evri sent it back to them, Seller tried to blame Amazon even though they sent ot the parcel directly and not sent by Amazon

Ordered online, was emailed a date for delivery, I arranged for someone to be home all day and confirmed delivery was ok for that day, love flooring then emailed and alternative day for delivery I responded that the original day was the only day available. They then called me on the day of delivery stating they have tried to contact me, this was the first phonecall anybody made and all emails had no contact details for them.
They denied receiving any response by email and could not deliver because it was too late to arrange.
Extremely bad customer service.
Would not recommend and will not use again.

Supplied a defective underlay product via Amazon. Argued with customer when reported issue. Does not have clue how to deal with customers when matter goe awry. Blames/insults the customer who is highly qualified engineer and has probably more skill and knowledge that anyone they imploy. Never even apologise or show empathy with the customer for the distress and inconvienece cause by supplying a defective faulty roll of carpet underlay that put a stop on an urgent job.

You judge a company by the way they deal with complaints/issue raised. In this and probably others cases in an abissmal way. Customer service do not have clue how to deal with complaints IMHO. Stay away from this company is my advice.

The underlay I ordered was cut perfectly to size and was packaged very nicely.
Anyone wanting to use an underlay for soundproofing it 100% doesn't work, you need to insulate under the actual floor.

Untill four years ago always shopped at other outlets but found this Gem as I wanted a specific underlay. Not commercial but Chris and his Team have served me well now about five fittings with great understanding of requirements, products and price always more competitive than anything on the internet. In addition recommended Stuart for fitting at short notice who was brilliant as planned Carpet fitter let us down. Stuart fitted two Carpets now and very pleased.
